Needs new management. Being the only "upscale restaurant" in all of Jasper, this place has gone down hill. Servers are excellent, food and organization are not poor. Never enough servers, no bussers, always a wait even with reservations, food overpriced for quality..needs a revamp!

It was mine and my wife’s first time here. We were blown away by the views in the back patio. The service we received was very good. Our favorite dish was the chili peach shrimp! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great dining experience

Food is good, outside seating is highly recommended for the views. Make reservations on the weekends...tends to get very crowded. People just walk in on a Saturday evening and are shocked there is a 45 min wait! If you don't want to wait, make a reservation. Food is a bit pricy but you are paying for the views. Ask for Colton as your server! Management was phenomenal as well, helping everywhere on a busy night.

My service was spot on..I think her name was Melissa maybe Melanie..I had to be in Chattanooga at a certain time and she made sure we was on time. Will definitely be returning soon. Thank You! Terry Vinson

We enjoyed a delicious meal outside and beautiful view. Our server Colton was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about the menu. We live about an hour and a half away but will make a point to stop again when we’re passing through the area!

The views are stunning, our server was amazing her name was Sharon. She is the absolute best. She was kind, friendly, accommodating, She made my son a special chocolate milk drink. The food was very good. I had the shrimp and grits and a pineapple mimosa. My husband got the chicken fried chicken. My son had a cheeseburger and fries.

This is the MOST BEAUTIFUL view I’ve experienced at a restaurant in TN. It’s breathtaking! The drinks and food were great too! It’s absolutely worth the drive from Nashville on a pretty weekend!

This was our first visit to Top of the Rock. We had an amazing server who couldn’t have been more kind. The food was great. The only negative is we made a reservation for 7:00pm and when we arrived we were seated next to where the servers pick up food and make drinks. It was just a very hectic area and kind of killed the vibe and beauty of the restaurant for us.

We ran into a difficult situation. My son talked about ordering this steak dish, which is unlike him, but we were happy he was trying something new. When the server came, he asked for a burger. We assumed he forgot what he wanted and corrected him. Turned out he didn’t like it. I felt bad for not letting him order what he wanted. I went and asked the server to please make a quick burger for him. I explained I would pay for everything. Not only did they get him the burger, the comped both the steak and the burger! I’m so impressed with that. What a classy way to turn the situation around. This place cares about everyone having a great time and they are willing to do whatever it takes. I was floored and very grateful. We will be coming back a lot more. And my son can order whatever he wants!

Always enjoy this beautiful restaurant --- wonderful food, service and spectacular views. Lovely Easter Sunday brunch. Had chili peach shrimp and the spinach artichoke for appetizers. Fish & chips were amazing. Everyone enjoyed their brunch entrees -- country breakfast. We look forward to returning as it is always a treat to dine here.

While I normally look forward to my visits to the Top of the Rock, this particular meal was a disappointment. My brother from Chicago, sister, and I went there for Sunday brunch. First, the mimosas were wonderful! However, the meal was a disappointment for my sister and I. My brother got the Chicken Piccata breakfast and thoroughly enjoyed it. However, my sister got the country-style (I don't remember the exact name) breakfast. She said hers was okay but they didn't give her any butter or jelly for her biscuit. She had to eat the biscuit dry. I got the Knife and Fork sandwich and it was awful. I asked for my eggs to be over easy. They were not; they were overcooked. The hollandaise sauce was tasteless as was the pork (ham/bacon) on the sandwich. It was an experience in a large, dry, and mostly tasteless sandwich. I still like the restaurant and will come back as most of their food and drinks are very good. I am hoping this was a one-time disappointment and not the new normal.

We frequent TOTR for breakfast on weekends, lunches & dinners.. However, this is the third time spending dinner with TOTR where they have "run out of TOMATO & BASIL LINGUINE". I'm not sure how you can run out of pasta & tomatoes on a Sunday evening (7pm), it's not like it's a steak or fish, ....just pasta and tomatoes. Maybe I will call ahead next time to see if they have my favorite dish, because when they do have it, it's excellent!
