    We made a reservation to eat here on 5/26 at 7 pm. We were seated at 725 pm after asking three times for the status of a table while waiting at the bar. We were brought to a dirty table and decided to leave at that point. Non-existent customer service.

    We had reservations for 6 pm and we were told to wait because our table wasn’t ready. We understood because we showed up about 15 mins early. We sat inside close to the hostess stand even though they told us we would receive a text when our table was ready. As we waited, we watched and overheard many people come in with reservations for the same time or even after 6pm. These people were seated immediately. This didn’t bother us much because our reservation was for an outside table. However, we started to watch people get seated outside. At 6:10, I asked how long we would have to wait and the hostess said “who are you again? Wait you guys were waiting?” This was frustrating but I let it go. Once seated, we had to wait about 10 mins for a waitress to take our drink order During that time the table next to us filled up. That table complained loudly that they weee going to spend way more money than the people that were seated close to the railing. They were mad that they couldn’t see well and then proceeded to make a scene. This was not a pleasant experience.

    Fun, relaxed and beautiful environment. Food was great. Filet and Prime rib. Drinks were good.

    This restaurant located in Kimball, TN has very good food. The service that we received, however, was not good. We waited half an hour to order drinks. Our waitress who took our order after the waitress that was assigned to our table was MIA did a good job in handling the situation. Our food took an extra half-hour to arrive to us. The views at this restaurant though are spectacular! If you are coming in from out of town or have time to kill then you should check this restaurant out!

    Service that we received was slow. Waited ten minutes for our beverage. The Bacon in my meal was raw. The staff was very friendly The view was very beautiful. When walking from the over flow parking lot, it is confusing where the restaurant entrance is. Look at the top of the building for the location. There other business and they had no markings on their door

    Very good food. Service was great. The view was absolutely magnificent. Definitely will be returning!

    It was a wonderful experience! We sat outside and the weather was perfect! Our server was so sweet and attentive. I wish that I could remember her name. The food was delicious and comparable in price to other dishes that are similar at other restaurants. The only thing I thought was a bit overpriced was the shrimp appetizer but, still delicious.

    Highly Recommend. We drove about 1.5 hours to come here. Perfect for a special night.
