Starters arrived before drinks. The meal ordered was correct, but the mains arrived wrong. The fries were extremely dry and overcooked. Overall, it wasn't the best experience, though staff seemed friendly enough

We had a great meal, the service was perfect and the food was delicious. All the staff are friendly and attentive. The restaurant itself is lovely too

Had to send macaroni back as it was luke warm. New hotter plate was a bit bland. Burger was tasty, however partner became unwell after eating it. Staff were friendly but hard to get their attention.

Came to Tony macaroni for lunch today and it was splendid. The food was delicious and came out fresh and hot. The staff is very lovely, fast, and make you're eating in experience even better. Would 100% recommend coming here for any occasion at any time.

Visited with my family today, the staff were super lovely and friendly with my children. The menus are filled with affordable prices and deals, which was very helpful especially with the fact 4 of us visit. The food was delicious, fresh and hot. I definitely recommend visiting and I will be returning!.

Great food, staff were very friendly helpful. Manager very professional. Value of the food was great, thats our second time at the omni centre tony macaroni and we will be back, i recommend this restaurant to everybody

Nice and cozy restaurant. Staff were amazing and very friendly. Food was just as great as the service. Will definitely be back for the pizza!

Food served hot and really tasty, all with a fast pace from the servers!! Really recommend for those who are attending a show at the playhouse and cautious of timings. Excellent and friendly attitude from all the waiters creating a great atmosphere to dine in.

Booked a table, as soon as we got in we were taken to it. Got time to sellet in. Then the girl took our drinks order.Came back for us to order food which was delicious. Service excellent.

Food was cold and bland music was way to loud. I always come to tonis but usually the fort kinnard one and have never had a bad meal, the Omni was horrible

It was very noisy as music was so loud. My son’s tomato pasta was tasteless off the kids menu. I had to ask them to put my pizza in oven again as it was not cooked, it was dough. And my side of Caesar salad had no Parmesan in it. I usually love to Mac’s in Livingston but this one was bad.

average! food was ordered and on our table within 5 minutes which is incredibly fast for a meat burger and a fresh pizza. burger was tasteless, cheese mushroom balls were cold inside, pizza was completely bland and almost completely underbaked. the staff who served us, including the guy who has been there a long time and i think is management cannot be faulted, however although a fri night with a theatre show on next door, it was still relatively quiet so i expect more from the food quality.

Arrived at 5.15 pm wasn’t busy ordered 2 lasagne’s and told none left .. now for a restaurant this size and time of day to have none of the most popular dish don’t understand.. ordered macaroni it was bland and warm … then when got bill had a 10% service charge for 2 dishes .. decor was shabby on way into toilets not the best look .. it got really busy as we were leaving .. will not be returning

Food was fresh. I didn’t realise the meal came with fries so ordered fries as a side. It would have been good customer service if they had let me know the meal came with fries do I didn’t waste my money on extra a didn’t need

Very disappointed. Booked this for my daughters 18th. Arrived at 3.30pm to a very quiet restaurant. We were sat at a booth as there were 5 of us. The leather seats were ripped and in need of refurbishment. Food was OK but all dishes were different temperatures. Macaroni was luke warm. Absolutely no mention of the birthday by staff. Surcharge added on without staff informing us. Wont be back!

when i came in i got welcomed warmly by the staff. it wasn’t really busy but the staff was still doing their job, maja one of the waitresses was very kind she took care of my table and made sure we weren’t left out. when the food came it was warm and very good, when we asked for drinks we didn’t have to wait long for them to be done and served. 10/10

I came here with my two children for mother's day. The experience from beginning to end what awful and like another few tables we say leaving before they were served as it was taking soo long, I wish we had too. Poor service. Female waitress spent her time pouring over the manager, standing over him, flirting, it looked very clear that something was going on between them. Food cold when it arrived. I had to wait for ages to get their attention and had to ask for parmesan. When I asked for the kids to get a bit more juice with their meal (as it was served in a tiny cup) I was told there was a charge. Poor poor poor. We have eaten in Toni Macaroni many times but will definitely not be back. An expensive treat and of very poor quality across the board. The waitress and the manager need lessons in customer service and attitude.

Restaurants was empty at 12 on Wednesday lunchtime....it was filthy We were sat at table beside a bin in the area where cutlery was kept. Table had not even been wiped down Staff 3 of them sat talking at a booth had to attract their attention to get drink then order food?

Food was terrible, service was terrible. Order wrong about 5 times then charged me for stuff I didn’t order? Service was shocking, very abrupt. And could not get an order right. Will not be returning to this one

Don’t get the Mac daddy burger. 2 frozen burgers and 5 shells of pasta. Came to table cold and the waiter took it away and clearly microwaved it. Chips weren’t much better!

Family atmosphere. Good choice of food . Staff very efficient We didnt wait long for anything despite it being very busy. We went on a Saturday at teatime and booking was essential

I don’t like how you put service charge & then gratuity on bill, this should have been pointed out & given the chance to have it removed. People should be given the choice of how much they want to give. I would have personally given waitress money for herself. Booths not good for the larger person.

Where to start. We booked the table for 9 people yet there were only 8 spaces not a big deal we ask for another chair to squeeze in after 19 minutes of standing I ended up having to pull a table over to sit on the bench as there was no chairs. Don’t get me wrong the server we had was lovely but it only got worse from there! Risotto came out stone cold and they just took it back without a word no apology not a word. Two people were sharing a meal and had to ask 4 separate people for a plate when it came it was covered in dust. We had a severe allergy at the table and when the dish came out the server didn’t even know what it was and when we asked for confirmation if it was gluten free he said he thinks so and walked away. I get it was busy but the whole thing was ridiculous. We couldn’t even flag anyone down for a second round of drinks they very much wanted you in and our

Food was very bland you normally know what you are getting in these chain restaurants but it was exceptionally bad. For an Italian styled restaurant to run out of lasange was also not great.

Ordered garlic bread...it vame as hot buttered toast...no garlic whatsoever. Pizza left sitting for ages b4 being served so was all congealed....wont be back

Our food was only partially given and we had to ask where the rest of our food was and the pizza that was already given first was getting cold and the macaroni wasn’t as good as last time we were there. It would help if you cut the pizza beforehand as it was quite tough to cut.
