Was amazing experience fast service just livley lovley customer service by everyone who served us especially the owner she was just amazing it was just lovely with my 4 kids and 7 adults just lovley place to eat

Poor attempt for Macaroni it was more cheese pasta. Was very expensive of what you get, we were wanting chick n bit expensive then you need to buy - rice or chips. Service was not great either

We both had burgers (different) and chips and we both felt the burgers were dry and tasteless and the chips were the same

Attended Tony Macs Livingston with my family, staff are always friendly, helpful and accommodating especially for my daughter who has autism. She loves going to tony macs, one of the staff especially makes such a huge effort to make sure she is comfortable and happy. They always ensure she has a seat that she likes, make adjustments to foods and always keep checking in with her. Couldn't ask for any better.

We had a great evening- there was a plenty of choice on the menu. The food was excellent as was the service. The staff professional, polite and friendly and service was really good There was a nice welcoming atmosphere in the restaurant which was well laid out Altogether a great experience

Everything was very nice. It was busier than expected for a Tuesday, with more children but I suppose that's good for the restaurant and next time I'll book a later slot.

Booked a table for 4 at 5pm and we were seated by 5pm . Good start. Service was slow and didn’t get starters till 5-45, the food was as usual very tasty and we all enjoyed the meal. Word of warning thou watch your bill as they add 10% service charge automatically which I don’t agree with if I want to leave a tip I should make that decision not the venue. I had £11-32 added on to my bill. So just check what your paying if you don’t want ripped off. I won’t be rushing back.

Usually service is ok but this time I have to say it was poor. First for some reason our drinks came a while after our starter. When our main arrived my friend had pasta and was offered Parmesan which she wanted but waiter never came back with it. Asked for bill and waited 15mins and still nothing. Only after asking 2nd time we finally got it. Also no one ever came to offer more drinks or anything. Normally service is ok though but this time I felt I had to share this so maybe restaurant can improve. Food was ok however my friend was not happy with her pasta as it arrived in small square shaped plate and it didn’t look anything like described and she said it was tasteless - definitely overpriced for that portion. I ordered Caesar salad and that was very lovely

Starters were lovely, mushrooms and Pizza Bread. Mains lovely too. Chicken in mushroom sauce and Seafood Risotto with sauté potatoes and peas and ham also lovely.

Food was good. The only thing was the time between taking away the starters plates etc and serving the main course was very quick - lucky if it was 5 minutes. Better if it was at least 15 minutes.

I thoroughly enjoyed my visit to Tony Macs in Livingston last Sunday. The food (sea bass) was absolutely delicious and was a healthy portion size. The service was next to none and the whole experience was fantastic. I couldn't recommend this place highly enough.

Food was cold. Long waits in between courses. 4 or 5 big parties in for birthdays and a load of workies in. There was music on and u couldn’t hear it for all the chatter and shouting.

Food was overcooked waitress was sarcastic to my brother when he didn't realise there was more than one choice of type of what he ordered..instead of showing him on the menu she kept repeating "there's more than one kind" and appeared bored with him. I wouldn't return

Food was a bit disappointing compared to our previous visit. It was very busy and felt crammed in there were five of us sat at a table meant for 4! The menu was different because it was Mother’s Day I think. The bruschetta was really just cheesy garlic bread. Two of the girls had carbonara and it was extremely oily they said it was the worst they had tasted. The service was really good cannot fault the servers at all.

Hmm. Terrible parking, average food, but good service. I particularly enjoyed being relocated because one of our party was in a wheelchair, which I notified them of via the app, and they never responded to.

Staff were brilliant and experience was good tho waited a while for table to be cleared and dessert menu when 2x Sundays came out it was obvious they had been sitting a while and were more liquid than ice cream my wife could not finish hers

The service wasn't great had to chase up items not delivered to table for other party members, wasn't offered the usual parma cheese. Had to chase for drinks, desert menus overall not really impressed. Not once did someone come to ask if everything was alright with food. Food was nice but service was terrible, sorry Tony Macs a dissappointed table of 4.

I advised it was my mother 88th birthday and it was a spell occasion and if poss not to put us in a booth as she has poor mobility and walks with a zimmer. Also the booth behind her the two kids kept jumping up n down on the seats and kicking the seats which in turn was hitting my 88yr old mother. Any requests I made has been ignored. Also a major trip hazard going down the ramp for my mother using her zimmer frame the restaurant had a bucket in the middle of the floor with numerous pieces of paper catching water falling from a leaking roof. Trip hazard and a major hazard for an 88yr old with a zimmer frame. Shocking outcome
