Hip attractive room with excellent Japanese cuisine and professional service Long narrow room with tall windows and natural light inside the Ritz Carlton Residences building. Friendly professional staff. Easy valet parking. Cocktails and food were impressive. Enjoyed the Lychee-tinii, A; and lychee margarita, A; Sapporo premium, A; Serrano yellowtail, A-; fried oyster (wow); vege tempura, A; Ritz Roll, A-; wagyu beef on rice, B+; scallops grilled on table, A; and a chocolate layer cake with meticulous layers, B+; old fashioned served on an elegant rectangular ice rock, B+. The oysters were the one stand out item that merit Michelin billing. Bill came to $250.

Incredible food, fantastic service, nice ambience that's for both business meals as well as date night. The quality of the seafood is phenomenal, and the rolls are spectacular. The hostess / waitress is super nice, the staff are friendly, and we had a great time. It's a great value for what you get, not terribly expensive.

One of the best sushi spots I've been to. Food tasted super fresh and high quality. Service was very nice. Upscale atmosphere, perfect for a special occasion. Make sure to book your table upfront. The bar seats are nice and comfortable too though.

I came for my birthday and they didn’t bother putting a candle in my dessert. Didn’t even say happy birthday. My birthday was in the reservation. I was looking forward to the meal and left sad.

Amazing as always second time we have been there. Please note the only happy hour prices are at the bar and this was disappointing as we were hoping to take advantage of the prices. The rolls are spectacular and will go again but not for happy hour.

Food was exceptional, although on a pricier side. But overall I think it was a good value, the fish and sushi were excellent. The sake was good too. Expensive! That item alone didn’t exactly feel like a good value.

The Omikase sashimi plate and the Tomo nigiri plate were just outstanding. First time in a couple years at Tomo, which we always liked, but this time was out of this world. So was the service by May, who was attentive and helpful. I think Tomo was as good or better than Umi has ever been.

The food was exceptional as usual! However, our service was so poor. The waitress was incredibly distracted and distant. We had to ask other servers several times where our food/waitress was, because she rarely came by our table. Normal we request to be in Yumi’s section, but I had forgotten! Definitely wish we had been in a different section. None the less, we will be back because the food is like no other!

Another 5-star experience at Tomo. The quality of the fish can’t be beat. The service is supreme! Make sure you ask for May. They just started giving the Interior a refresh and it looks beautiful hands-down the best sushi restaurant in Atlanta!

This is by far one of the best sushi experiences in city. The fish and ingredients are delivered fresh and are developed and plated with love and care. The service is extraordinary and so welcoming. It is one of my absolute favorites and always will be. They have stood the test of time and remain consistent.

Our waitress was very incompetent. There was auto-grat of 20% on our tab and service was pretty awful. I only tip 20% or more if you are amazing. We got dessert and the spoons she gave us were incorrect. She took forever to take our order.

Went on Valentines Day. I can see why TOMO is a Michelin Star restaurant. Our waitress was fantastic, the food was excellent and the staff was attentive. The only issue I had was that the live singer was a little too loud. It wasn't his fault, though. Our table was right in front of the speaker. Other than that, we had a very nice evening. Fellas, if you want to impress, TOMO is the way to go. Lastly, it's not a cheap restaurant. Be prepared to spend at least $300. I'm just saying. Well worth it, though.
