Another bad experience - 2 in last 6 weeks. Doesn’t help you have a reservation you don’t get it! No management and no one knows what’s going on! We left and went elsewhere after regularly going to this restaurant for 13 years!

Our server, Jennifer, was wonderful! She was very attentive and kind. We really enjoyed our evening. Tommy Bahama is definitely one of our favorite places to eat.

We had a wonderful Mother’s Day dinner! Even though they were extremely busy, they were very accommodating since we added 1 more person at the last minute to be our reservation. Food and drinks were delicious 🩷 we all especially loved the coconut shrimp and they have the absolute best Mai Tai’s in the world! The food came out in good timing, didn’t have to wait too long. Our server took great care of us too. No complaints. Excellent experience and a great way to spend Mother’s Day! We will be back 🩷

A popular choice for Mother’s Day lunch, but not too busy to get excellent service and food (and great cocktails). We had my 101-year-old mother-in-law with us, so we had to request some menu adaptations (ie, no nuts or seeds) and everything arrived exactly as we wanted. Yes, the coconut shrimp is still as delicious as always, but if you want the hot soft rolls, the bread service, you must now request them.

The hostess was sullen and bordering on rude and that just starts you off with a bad vibe. Our table wasnt really in the restaurant Moore in the corridor and although I reserved I was told that didnt mean I would have a table I would have to wait for one to become available. So why tell me I was reserved?

Definitely not what we anticipated. We’ve been dining here for years. Always dog friendly (and not that it may matter but our pups are very well behaved.) Two small silent pups that are lap dogs (AND registered service dogs) We were told they couldn’t be on lap - had to be on their dirty nasty floor. Neither will stay on floor - when we sit they immediately pop up on lap. We chose to leave rather than spend the evening constantly putting them back on the floor. You saw us come in with them. Perhaps say something at that time. You know like - hey - I know it’s Mother’s Day weekend but your fur kids have to stay on our floor that we haven’t cleaned and full of scraps that other human children have left behind. Memorable evening. Maybe time to remove the TB app from phone.
