They did not honor our reservation for mother's day, made a week in advance. Said we would have to wait at least an hour. A dozen others were in a similar situatio. We ended up having to take my wife and mother-in-law to a fast food restaurant.

Bar was not open for dinner on a Thursday evening. Nor could we get a specialty drink. So much depends on the chef and unfortunately our rice had a burnt taste which affected the whole meal. Not sure if I will return as prices have increased for just an “ok” meal.

Our chef Alex was the best we have ever had. So many fun presentations and techniques. We have been coming to Tokyo Kitchen for over 30 years and it felt like a brand new fun experience!!

Delicious sushi! Very fresh. Staff was friendly and attentive as well. The music, electronic, was too loud and not suited to a nice meal. Otherwise, great experience

We had a lot of family fun for a family dinner. Kids loved it. And in addition to a fun show, the food was great. I had the ribeye and scallops. My wife had seafood platter. There are even kids menu items. Would go again for a special occasion, fun night.

It was my second time there, and their service was a bit poor, they took long to take our drink and food order and then they took long to bring drinks and even longer to come start cooking. Will go back but hope the service is better

Food was somewhat bland. Ordered water at first, but had a terrible taste. Ordered hot tea was given a small cup, no pot of hot water. Waitress was not available to fill all our drinks. Cooking show was great & probably the best part. Didn't feel the meal matched the price.

It was ok They need to have the host have his child stay home . He had a little boy playing and running through the restaurant opening the front door of the restaurant and running around the dinner teppan tables with his phone yelling at whomever he was talking to on the phone .

Our waitress Megan was so friendly and very attentive to what we needed at dinner time. Our cook Alex was so fun and my son loved his enthusiasm and extra effort he showed him to have a great time. Wonderful experience!

I did not enjoy my experience this time. Our chef was very rude, he spent most of the time talking about a football game, didn’t really do the fun show with the food, refused to cook my food the way I asked and cooked my filet well done. I’m not sure I’ll go back but I’ve been enjoying this restaurant for over 30 years so it’s very sad to have a poor experience there.

Very friendly staff, delicious food, I love there, onion soup + salad + combination plates. I reserved this place for my dads birthday. My family loved this place. I would not be surprised if they went to Tokyo Kitchen by themselves. For the price I believe it is reasonable. Thank you Tokyo for the amazing experience every time I visit!!!

We've been coming here forever. My wife almost 40 years. After shut down over covid and then an ownership change there were some differences that had us worried. Two previous trips back since they reopened were less than great. It just wasn't the same somehow, everything was just o.k. Happy to say we went back for our anniversary on 10/20/23 and had one of the best experiences we've have had here. Most importantly the food was amazing. Wife said it was the best meal she could ever remember having there. A very enjoyable evening. We're very happy to see the new owners have seem to have found their way, and made it just as great as we've always remembered.

The prices are high but I expect that for teppanyaki grill. However, compared to other places the "show" was not impressive. The chef did a little juggling with his tools. He did the standard Lava fire with the onions. Typical stuff and that was it. The food was just OK. I don't understand why they would pick bean sprouts, mushrooms and zucchini for the grilled veggies. I love them all but I know kids and some adults don't care for mushrooms and bean sprouts. I felt they were trying to cut corners on that one. Overall, it wad not worth the money paid.
