From the moment we walked in the front door we received attitude from the host stand. Had a reservation at 6pm and was told to sit at the bar until our table was ready. At 6:15 I went to ask about the table and was met with attitude again and then was given what is clearly the worst table in the establishment. The manager on duty made excuses and was not helpful. They refused to provide a decent table so we ended up leaving without a meal. We walked to Mastro’s Oceanside and were greeted with friendly warmth and was treated respectfully throughout our dinner.

Food was good. Not a place we will be itching to go back to. Service was good and the venue is really pretty. It is pretty loud so if you are wanting to have a conversation may not be your type of place.

As always, our favourite place to dine in Vegas. Food was cooked to perfection, service from all staff was outstanding and made us feel at home

I thought the waiter was very nice most of the food was pretty good. I ordered the Branzino and loved it. My husband ordered the chicken and that was a little dry. We also requested a time to see whatever the entertainment they advertised for Cinco de Mayo would be but when we got there we were told the area was too crowded so the lady would not be coming out which was a little disappointing since it was the reason we picked this restaurant. The ambiance was still nice and the drinks were good as well.

We had an 11pm reservation, they called us to see if we could make it around 10:30-10:45pm due to the kitchen closing. We arrived as quick as we could around 10:55, assuming we’d get rushed to order we had already looked at the menus on the way. To our surprise they served us with no rush and service was excellent the entire time. I never felt pressured to order quickly or leave. Will definitely come back food was 10/10 highly recommend the short rib tostaditas and the churro sandwich

Overall Toca Madera is like 2/5. Ashley, our Host was truly caring but the food was flat and totally not worth any of those prices. My husband's steak looked like roasted outside and frozen inside in order to preserve medium rare in the middle. Mine 5 shrimps for 44$ tasted like stiff tofu, overcooked and lost any of the structure. Only free salsa and fries with Manchego and truffle were tasty. We spend 273,11$ +tip for Ashley. But I’m really sad that such a lot of food were wasted right in the kitchen.

The meal was incredible and drinks were also outstanding. Only thing we didn’t like was our table was directly adjacent to a giant plant that was in my boyfriend’s face for the entire meal. Atmosphere was fun and energetic which was perfect for celebrating my birthday.

Worst waiter ever. Rude, slow, and inattentive. Never said a word and got things wrong. Oh but very “chatty” when he brought the check of course. The food was great but not as good as the scottsdale location.

Place was great. Food was great. Ambiance was great. Our server Ashley was fantastic. I’d have given it 5 stars if the table we were sat at was different. It was next to a corner table and servers and helpers getting in and out bumped me and my chair the whole time. Kind of annoying. Other than that, great spot, will go back for sure, but I’ll sit anywhere but that spot again 😂

A very Vegas experience with top tier dining from the service to food and drinks and an entertaining fire show that I haven’t seen anywhere else on the Strip for that dinner and a show Vegas experience. Highly recommend the short rib enchiladas, street corn, and cilantro rice + the tasty watermelon marg. Then ending the night with the brown butter cake and vanilla bean ice cream. Perfection. You won’t be disappointed.

The Vegas location has a very impressive atmosphere and the presentation of everything is outstanding. Lots of Fire themed drinks, the fire dancers, etc. Very fun and unique experience. Service was great. They went above and beyond to make our birthday girl feel special.

This was by far the best dinner experience we’ve had in a long time in Vegas. From the fire performer, to the attentive staff always tending table side to the DJ and ambiance. All could not have been better next to their high quality delicious menu options. Please try this place at least once. You won’t regret it.

My husband and I enjoyed ourselves to the max!!! As well as our two friends that joined us for our 9th wedding anniversary celebration. The food was delicious, our waitress was amazing and friendly and the whole entire restaurant was a vibe!!

Took my family and it was the best dinner we had in Las Vegas. Great staff, amazing food. Very cool DJ playing the right tunes to go with the ambiance of the play. A dinner experience worth having.
