At TO THE BONE we celebrate authentic Italian food and meat culture with a special appreciation for the butcher’s craft and its age-old tradition. Accordingly, we source our meat exclusively from specialized Italian producers along with our longstanding friend and partner, Italian star butcher Dario Cecchini.

Our menu offers a modern take on the traditional dishes and classic flavours of northern Italy’s regional cuisines. Our steak menu comprises various on- and off-the-bone cuts of beef, which we serve in the convivio style for sharing along with seasonal vegetable sides.

Our experience in To The Bone wasn't really what we expected. The only outstanding was the service from the waiter. The starters we had were OK but the tartar was super hard to eat. The Bistecca and Costata were very tasty but the stone on which they came was already cold when it is supposed to be extremely hot. The worst were the desserts, completely uneatable.

I will definitely be back! The restaurant has a nice ambiance, the food was excellent and so was the service. Perfect steak and the truffled mashed potatoes are a must!

We had a very annoying waiter. He spoke far too quickly for us (and often had to repeat himself because we couldn't understand, yet he refused to adjust his pace). As soon as we arrived at the table, he started bombarding us with questions about water, sparkling or still, before we were seated or settled. He even said, "One more question, then I'll leave you in peace," indicating that he knew we were not "in peace" with him. Our table was unfortunately located along the main path to the kitchen, so he had to pass by us every time...he was constantly rushing around, which was not only chaotic and distracting visually, but he even bumped into my date at one point. He did apologize for that, but it was hardly a surprise because of his generally hectic manner overall. I think a calm and relaxed atmosphere is important for enjoying a meal and having proper digestion...at least the music played in the restaurant was good, and the food itself was excellent, at very fair prices.

A good experience overall, flaverfull food, intresting combinations of ingredients, nice atmosphere. The steak was amazing and the desserts are very enjoyable.

Cooles Ambiente, leider ist der Kellner nicht auf unsere Wünsche eingegangen ich wollte meine Vorspeise schon haben gebracht wurde Vorspeise und essen zugleich leider fast alles kalt und erst nach 1.15 h ,der Wein war gut 👍

Das Essen ist auf einem unheimlich hohen Niveau, die Kellner sind super freundlich und zuvorkommend und das Ambiente ist stylisch und gemütlich - besser geht’s nicht! Unbedingt ausprobieren! 😃 Die grandiose Fleischqualität, das unfassbar leckere Kartoffel-Trüffel-Parmesan-Püree usw. - einfach ein Träumchen! 😍

Extraordinary service, and very friendly staff, high quality, lively atmosphere with rich menu. Although the meat was a little bit chewy, and didn't satisfy our expectations when it comes to the taste.
