Pizza was bad, nachos burnt with not enough cheese and dry brisket meat. Have emailed them and place directly and hoping for a response as I also sent pics

Brunch buffet is no longer available. They have not updated their website. We had made a reservation. They didnt have it ready. There was no one in the restaurant but us.No bar tender so drinks were limited. We were rushed out as they have a closing time that wasnt inform to us before we ordered. Was not impressed at all. Lunch service should be clear on the website

It was a very busy evening on Valentine's Day. Even though they are short staffed, our server, Sherri, was fantastic. She took our order promptly, checked in on us frequently & provided very efficient service. The food was fantastic. They also have ample 'free' underground parking. Would definitely recommend this restaurant.

The ambience, service and noise level were great. Staff was very helpful. However, the entrees ordered were not liked by most of us. It seems steak, burger and fries were safer, than other entrees we ordered. The fries and wings were awesome!!

The food was incredible! Just don’t think they had enough staff working - our server was also the bartender and probably had too many tables because he didn’t really come by at all unless we flagged him down. Not loud and could have private convos comfortablly - did not know it was at a hotel - they should mention it’s at the Hilton on the 3rd floor and give the parking instructions - made it very challenging living in the city. But as I said, food was amazing!

My boyfriend and I decided to eat here for their affordable dine-out menu and cheap happy hour drinks! We ordered the beef carpaccio to start (which was amazing) and had the roast beef pasta dish as a main (which was dissapointing - it tasted as though it was heated up in a microwave). Our dessert was average, tasted good but nothing special. The starter and dessert wine paring were excellent, but the main course pairing could have been better. Overall the place was decent but don’t expect too much from it. Our waitress however was really nice and attentive so thanks to her for that!

Visited for Dine Out 2024. When we arrived there were a few tables and a few bar patrons, but pretty quiet in general. We ordered our food as well as a Caesar and a glass of wine. Our appetizers arrived quite quickly, but still no drinks. We asked the food runner if they could check on our drinks as our server was serving guests at the bar - her reply was, I'm not your server but I'll check! We were taken back as we Lready explained, our server was serving bar patrons!! After finishing our appetizers, and still only with our water glasses, we had to approach the bar and ask again for our drinks. He replied quite defensive, saying he was just making them. We received our drinks shortly after that. We all ordered the braised short rib pasta. This took about 30 mins from the time someone eventually collected our appitizer plates. When the main came out, not only was it luke-warm, it had no flavour. We had to add chilli flakes and extra parmesan to get some taste. The portion size was big and the actual pasta tasted really fresh! We were pretty disappointed with the service as it was not busy. Tables would leave and dirty glasswear remained on the table, despite a server standing chatting at the end of the bar! For a Hilton, we expected a lot better.

Came for dine out Vancouver. Our food was terrible, didn't finish our mains- Scallop Risotto the rice tasted like Knor boxed soup or dessert- our cannoli's tasted like they came out of the freezer. Appetizers were ok- lobster bisque and beef carpaccio. For the price, we weren't impressed. Reviews online seemed decent so it was a major let down.

Would not recommend! We went for the dine-out Vancouver menu as a party of 3. Food was near inedible, weird bitter tastes and luke-warm. Calling a soup “lobster bisque” and only using lobster oil is insane, no bread included although stated on the menu. Risotto felt like someone went into the fridge and grabbed whatever they had to make a dish, extremely bland. The spare rib pasta dish was like Italian-inspired beef noodle soup in the worst ways possible. Cheesecake and cannoli desserts were mediocre. Tables around us also left with 3/4 unfinished plates, no one looked satisfied. For $49 per person the experience was absolutely not worth it, go grab something delicious from the Crystal Mall food court instead.

Food was great. Absolutely delicious. Service felt very uninspired. Received appetizers before cocktails. Had to ask for them. Never asked if we wanted another drink. Not sure if short staffed last night or just in need of management on the floor running front of house.

We went for Dine Out and overall it was pretty good. The salad and lobster bisque was tasty. The braised short rib was delicious but the risotto had zero flavor and was a tad underdone. For dessert we tried both the cheesecake and cannoli trio. You can’t go wrong with cheesecake. The cannoli trio tasted a little stale but I know it’s hard to keep those fresh. The overall flavors of them were good. The staff were wonderful and the restaurant was nice with comfy chairs and a nice fireplace to keep you warm. The place was a little hard to find. When we called, she didn’t give the best directions. But the security guard inside the mall told us where to go. It’s in the Hilton hotel haha

A little disappointing as we thought there was a breakfast buffet as shown on their website. It’s why we chose this place. Our reservation was for 11:15 am We opted for the soup and sandwich as no breakfast items were offered. Both were very good. Service was excellent.

It was wonderful we sat down earlier than our reserved time. The Xmas atmosphere was beautiful. I loved the table decorations. Service was great. The waitress and waiter were friendly. The food was delicious and lots if variety. I would recommend my friends to this xmas day brunch.

I am a Senior and it was so expensive to begin with but I came anyway. I was so disappointed with my girlfriend who is a Senior as well.. I did talk to Richard the manager about it and he was very understanding but the price of 87.00 was so expensive for something we really didn't eat. Food was so cold and the turkey dry and hard to swallow. The Belgian Waffles were cold and dry too. We ate desert for 87.00. Would I recommend the Hilton NO. Very disappointed. Times are tough and honestly I could barely afford to eat at the Hilton but my daughter helped me out with the money because she was not able to be here for Christmas. Omg I could not believe the food. I don't ever believe the Hilton is known for such poor quality food.

The food was not enough selection. Tea was cold. Food was not replenished often. Can't find server bc its not enough of them, and food dropped on the floor for long time, no one clean it.
