Timberline Craft Kitchen & Cocktails is where a casual atmosphere meets an upscale environment in the heart of the Rocky Mountains. Centrally located to 7 world-class ski resorts in Silverthorne, Colorado, Timberline Craft Kitchen features a Colorado-sourced, global inspired cuisine with everyday brunch, dinner and happy hour Monday through Friday from 3-530. The bar menu features rotating Colorado craft beer, domestic and import wines and our specialty-handcrafted cocktails, all in a lively social atmosphere! Waitress was Nicole. She was excellent. Good drink and food suggestions. Ambiance was nice. Some music in the background - but not distracting. Food fresh and tasty. If in Dillon, Colorado again - would definitely eat here again.

Our waiter John took special care to talk with the kitchen about wife’s many allergies. Food was delish. We will go back for some cocktails!

Elk steak was barely warm when it was brought out. The red wine sauce on the steak didn't taste freshly made, and was just poured over the top of the meat. Caesar Salad was over-drenched with dressing. Focaccia was stale. Overall, a disappointing meal.

We love Timberline Craft Kitchen! We go here every time we are in town. The food is delicious! The last time we were there it was crowded and we worried about how long we would have to wait for our food…it came out fairly quick! Always a great experience!

The restaurant was in a shopping center with limited ambiance, but the menu was varied, and the food was well cooked. Service was excellent. Would go back.

We had a wonderful meal here. Our family if four shared an appetizer and then we each had an entree. My husband and I enjoyed our cocktails and the kids really enjoyed the cheesecake dessert. The food and service were both excellent and we look forward to coming back again on another trip to Summit country.

The service and drinks at Timberline were great! But, the food was not. Unfortunately the majority of our food was completely flavorless. We started with the Brussels Sprouts. They had been "crisped", but not cooked. Other than the few crispy parts on the outside, the inside was completely raw Brussels Sprouts. I got the Black and Blue burger and it was practically tasteless and dry. There was no sauce on it and the only thing I could taste was the blue cheese. I had to ask for ketchup to give it any flavor. Most of the food seemed like the chef was afraid to use salt or any seasonings.

We had Sunday brunch that included the specialty bloody Mary’s - food and drinks were delish . We have plans to go back for dinner this week.

Great Sat night dinner while friends in town. We had cocktails, whipped feta and bao buns to start and then burgers and shrimp and grits. After an active day on the mountain all were devoured! Service was friendly and efficient. Will be back soon we can hang at the bar.

The date appetizer with a great name that I can’t recall and the fried brussel sprout appetizer were both amazing! As was the southwest sweet potato soup. We’d give an “A” to the shrimp and grits and a “B” to the short rib—a little fatty and seemed more like pot roast than short rib, good accompaniments. Service was excellent, loved getting the history and intent of the restaurant from our server.

Enjoyed a delicious dinner with family here. The appetizers, or “shareable” were great, had the Brussels, chick wings, nachos, and cornbread. All of the entrees were great as well. Our server was delightful. We were lucky to get a reservation, they were packed!

It all started well. The host and waiter were friendly and quick. The pizzeria was an interesting starter. As main courses we ordered the short ribs, salmon, and black and blue burger. Everyone found the taste okay, just okay. The worse came half way into our experience: my husband found a body hair in the the short ribs, pulling it out of his mouth. The response from the waiter: “oh!”. That is it. Nothing else and I suspect she didn’t even tell the manager about what happened. We were avoided after that. We asked for the check and had to wait quite a bit of time to be able to pay. We are not coming back!

Amazing food and great ambience. It was upscale dining but at a reasonable price. I’m excited to go back and try something new. I had the salmon and it was delicious and perfectly cooked!

Best chicken dish I've had.... Delicious!!!! It had an unusual combination of ingredients that turned out to be so satisfying... Feta, artichoke hearts, blistered cherry tomatoes, spinach, sweet potatoes...so good. My kids got the burgers, big and very tasty...and my husband got the elk...he adored it... So new favorite restaurant to go to while vacationing here! Plus, we had a great waiter...I don't remember his name, but he was very attentive and nice...A++

I love this place! Great drink menu and creative, delicious food. For the best “comfort” soup anywhere, make sure to try the pot pie soup. Yum.

Best hash I’ve ever had. No mistake, I added the corned beef to the vegan hash so I can’t tell you about the non meat version! Excellent service too!

Visited twice within a 2 week period and orders different items both times. Their cocktails are thoughtfully crafted and delicious. The bone marrow appetizer was 10/10. The service at the bar could be a little better, as we sat there the 2nd visit, and the staff either seemed tired or overworked. We weren't told the specials like other patrons were, and the vibe just felt a little off, but overall, we love Timberline and cannot wait to be back.

Great experience all around. Our server Nicole was very friendly and made excellent suggestions on appetizers, dinner , and desserts. Really enjoyed the braised short ribs and chocolate crème brulle. Definitely recommend and going back.

Good cocktails esp smoke old fashioned. Elk tenderloin and beef short ribs very good but under seasoned. Friendly and efficient service. Prices were very reasonable
