Much like the family property where it’s located, Tillie’s menu takes what’s familiar and infuses it with an array of innovative international flavors, creating a new set of rules for cuisine in Central Texas. Join us for a modern interpretation of classic gourmet dishes and a celebration for what lies ahead.

The concept behind our award-winning dining experience can be described as “American Nouveau" cuisine that borrows cooking traditions and techniques from all around the world to create something new and exciting.

Through its breathtaking architecture and innovative menu, Tillie’s lives the American Nouveau concept. The restaurant’s building, a repurposed town hall from the Ninh Binh region of Vietnam, is the physical embodiment of an experience that takes inspiration from history and cultures.

Join us Monday through Friday at Camp Lucy’s own Tillie’s restaurant between 11 a.m. and 3 p.m. for an experience that combines English tradition with Texan flair. Indulge in a three-tiered delight featuring classic English scones, delectable sweets, and elegant mini finger sandwiches, all thoughtfully curated by Executive Pastry Chef Hannah Smith.     I took some family to Tillies for a girls night out. There was 6 in our party and everyone was well taken care of. The wait staff was amazing, the food was even better. There was a storm that had blown through town and the power had gone out. They made sure we were still served within a reasonable time and given added sides due to delays. 1000% recommended

    While the server was very attentive and courteous, the first impression of being sat at the single worst table — next to kitchen and restroom—in a mostly empty restaurant… on our anniversary — which I noted when making the reservation and they acknowledged when we checked in to the hostess—made the evening an uphill climb front there. Food was inventive and *fine* but not fully fleshed out (short ribs needed a starch component, salad needed flavor, meal needed bread, tartare not sufficiently minced). Visually, dishes and dining room were beautiful.

    They really cut down their menu since the last time we dined at Tillie's. The shrimp/potato ravioli dish was cooked well (al dente pasta), but the presentation could be better. There was no uniformity between the pieces so some were over stuffed, others were more normal sized. My fiance said his chicken dish was delish.

    The food was yummy and the atmosphere was pretty. The service ruined the experience for me. We made the 40min drive from ATX into dripping springs to enjoy a meal at Tillies. Had a 1:15pm reservation, wasn’t seated until 1:30pm. It then took an extra 30mins just to have someone realize that no one had taken our order. We then watched the two tables behind us get their drinks before us. By the time we got our food it was an hour and a half past the time of our reservation. Again, the food and drinks were good and the restaurant itself was beautiful. The service was just upsetting. I’m REALLY hoping they were having a bad day.

    Really wanted to love this place. The Ambiance was spot on and right up my alley. Love, love, love beef Wellington in general. Their was very flavorful however, for the price it was cold and a very small portion. I would like the option to upgrade to a full portion size or skip all the other goodies just for just the beef Wellington. We were there for two hours and rarely checked on. Service was very slow. My water glass was never filled. The pot of tea I ordered was good, but on my 3 or 4th cup a mosquito poured out with the tea into my cup. I understand things happen that are sometimes unavoidable but the sheer fact the mosquito could have taken a blood meal then ended up in my tea and then I drank it will make it highly improbable of me returning to this place. Upon finding the mosquito/finishing our meal the waitress was MIA for 30 minutes. When we finally saw her again my husband had to waiver her down. Overall highly disappointed. Despite it being a 45 minute drive from me, I would have really loved to have made it a routine.

    Very fun and atmospheric place to have lunch. Right at the entrance of dripping springs so an easy shot from Austin. The interior is well designed and lets you feel like you’re on a mini-holiday. High tea food was excellent. Not your traditional mix but very satisfying (although pretty overpriced). The staff was friendly but not very well trained. As we were full, we took our pastries to go and the waiter dropped each one as he tried to pack it - it was almost comical. Would recommend for sure.

    Bar in main dining area offers custom cocktails. Inside dining in a charming and unique upscale old-world setting. Able to carry on a conversation. Good for romantic date night. Reasonably priced but limited menu. Food was good but not so memorable. Desserts were good. Service was ordinary.
