Savor our new energy. TILL Neighborhood Bistro & Bar in downtown Colorado Springs highlights flavorful, chef-inspired plates, exquisite cocktails, and an extensive wine list. Our menu is stacked with bold and dramatic flavors, punctuated with tempting dishes you'll crave. All in an approachable and energetic atmosphere.

The food was outstanding with amazing flavor profiles and the service was exceptional. Will definitely be coming back here next time I am in Colorado Springs.

Best meal we’ve had overall, awesome staff, and our request for a quiet table for our honeymoon dinner, was respected. A plus was that our celebration desert was on the house!

What an incredible restaurant to visit on our anniversary! The Bartender, Nolan, who was also our sever, was very attentive & kind, and he made us absolutely delicious seasonal cocktails. We told him we were hoping to do the chef’s tasting menu and he informed us that they had stopped doing that a few months earlier, but he would check with the chef on our behalf. Chef Brian Miller was excited to do a tasting menu for us! All four courses were incredible - the spiced calamari salad with crisped bruschetta and arugula was a welcomed surprise. The pancetta and basil wrapped asparagus with a poached egg was seasoned so beautifully I’ve never enjoyed vegetables more. The steak and smashed potatoes with scallops were all exactly the right texture - the potatoes were somehow both crispy and soft while the flavor of garlic was strong, but not offensively so, and the steak melted in my mouth like butter. Finally, the peanut-butter Oreo gelato and pineapple sorbet were presented to us on a serving tray with “Happy Anniversary” beautifully written in chocolate sauce. The only reason we didn’t finish the desert is because we were so full from all of the delicious food we had just eaten! Thanks again to the amazing staff of the Till (including the guy who brought all our food to us while the bartender was busy making other guests their drinks).

The service, food and ambience at the Till was outstanding! Enjoyed the quiet atmosphere so one could have a nice conversation. The scallop and salmon entrees were absolutely wonderful!

The first time we ate there we had a great experience. Last night was a different experience. Calamari was amazing the first time we went but last night was heavily breaded and overcooked. The wife and her friend ordered a burger to split and ordered it medium but unfortunately the burger was completely raw when it came out. Sent it back to be cooked and it came back out with the outside seared but yet again when they cut into the burger, it was still completely raw. Third time was the charm after the manager got involved. I had the scallops which were cooked well and and the server was great, but they are apparently having issues in the back of the house. Hopefully they get that sorted out.

Always great…from the food to the service (great staff) and ambience……this restaurant has it all and looking forward to being on the patio in the summer. Definitely one of the few great restaurants in the springs!!

This is now my GO-To restaurant!!! My mother’s day dinner was fantastic and memorable. The staff is awesome….they make you feel like family. Now planning a large get together at Till because I won’t waste my time or money anywhere else.
