Welcome to Tides at Pelham on Earle. We are located at 30 Earle Street in Harwich and will Re-Open on May 17th, 2024. Come enjoy a signature cocktail and explore our Mexican themed food options. Excellent food, service and location. A bit noisy when windows closed but it got chilly outside. Overall great vibe!! Will be back.

Food was amazing as was the service! The space is very loud with no sound reduction in the room.

This was the worst dinning experience we've had in a long time. The food was awful, it was way over priced and it was very loud with kids running around.

Service was terrible and there were only 3 tables including ours. Appetizers came...no drinks... Our dinner came and we still had no drinks.... The waitress never even offered to refill our empty waters. When the Paloma finally came it was loaded with simple syrup which was a first...it was undrinkable to say the least. And my husband's mocktail mojito came out pink with no mint .... Not a mojito... Ceviche was AMAZING as were the tacos... everything else wasn't great...the guacamole was basically onions mixed with a few avocados. My daughters friend ordered a quesadilla with black beans but they brought her a quesadilla with black bean salsa inside.... I would assume if they're making fresh black bean salsa that they would have black beans but I guess based on not having black beans that the salsa is also not fresh. So she ended up not taking one bite...the waitress never asked how our food was. We had an uneaten full quesadilla, not a single bite. A full "fried" Baja fish sandwich, and she never asked if our food was okay...and still never offered to refill our water.... To end the meal my daughters friend tripped over the unmarked window ledge and and no one came to help us. I had to go find our waitress and request Ice as she injured her knee. When she brought the ice she basically threw the bag of ice on the table from 3 feet away and walked away. She never even came to ask if she was ok...she also didn't notify the manager that a customer fell in the restaurant. I had to ask for the manager...who also was zero help...he basically was like what do you want me to do about it.... For a beautiful little restaurant its sad how terrible the experience was. I would not recommend, there are many other better places to eat, avoid this one.

Wonderful little hidden gem serving great food and family friendly. Could use another server as the service was slow because the poor girl was by herself with a couple of large tables and a few small ones....tiny place but worth the wait for good food and yummy cocktails. This is a third visit for us and I will go back again before I leave for Florida in the fall.
