We are located in the historic Lalime's space in the Westbrae neighborhood of Berkeley, CA.

Our intentions with three.one four was to create a dining experience that is so captivating, it transcends all others. Our menu features small bites, salads, and World Class rustic pies from acclaimed Chef Mario Vollera. We utilize high quality Italian cheeses and fresh local products in our food and our menu is partnered with a carefully curated wine list featuring an extensive by the glass offering. We believe that our elevated food paired with our warm, intuitive, yet unobtrusive service style will help make three.one four a buzz-worthy neighborhood destination for many years to come.

We very much liked the Little Gem Caesar salad and the East Bay pizza. Also the Tiramisu, presented in a very different way. Will definitely go back to this restaurant.

Tasty cocktails. Even tastier pizza. Great crust! Tableside tiramasu was an unexpected pleasure.

great service and ambience. a little overpriced for the pizza entrees. but I’ll definitely return to try the appetizers and other entrees, which looked delicious and worth the higher price. I loved the cheese wheel and how it imparted a flavorful, rich coating to the pasta, really rich and tasty and different presentation that I’d never had before.

In the couple months since opening, we've visited for dinner three times. The staff is outstanding: professional, helpful and knowledgeable. Hebert is a favorite. The owner, Brandon, is so warm and welcoming. The food is fresh, consistently excellent, and as close to tasting like you're in Italy. To start, the meatballs are to die for. Keep the sauce at the table so you can use it to dip your pizza crust in later. The salads are large enough to serve 3-4 people as a starter. We've tried half of the pizzas and all of them are spectacular. The sourdough crust is chewy and crisp, and it holds up well against the toppings. We will only visit on Wednesdays or Sundays because we have to order the cacio e pepe, which is presented tableside and finished in a cheese wheel. The deconstructed tiramisu is one of our favorite desserts, though you should not skip on trying one of the delectable gelatos. Order extra to enjoy later at home, or bring friends so that you can try more pies. You won't go wrong with anything on the menu. I also think it's important to mention that this place is great for those with differing needs. There's a wheelchair ramp at the entrance, seating on the main floor as well as a lift that can take those to the street-level floor. Also, a very kid-friendly spot as we've always seen at least two families per visit. The staff is so accommodating and they have the nicest high chairs I've ever seen in a restaurant: COSCO Kids portable chairs, not those old wooden ones. Today, a staff member was setting up a high chair for an incoming table and they wiped the chair down with sanitizing wipes. Just above and beyond. Finally, I appreciate the zero-proof options, which include NA wines and beers.
