Thirsty Lion is consistently great. We fell in love during COVID, which they handled better than ANY other restaurant. The menu is great, the drinks are food, and the outside “patio” is so much fun. Whether it’s happy hour or dinner, we always have a great time. Add to that, it’s the best Ahi Poke Stack in town :)

We were a table of 8 and our waitress was amazing. Everyone was amazing. Very busy night and it appeared to me that everyone was getting their food quickly and efficiently. Every table seemed to be having a good time. That’s what you want from a restaurant. I had the ramen bowl (for the second time) and it didn’t disappoint. We had California rolls and Brussels sprouts for appetizer’s. They were excellent!! We brought family in from out of town and they were impressed. Overall a very special evening.

We have been to this location many times and have always considered it to be fine. This last visit, the calamari was rubbery and my corned beef hash was small, bland and $16 or $17 dollars. I find the pricing to be high for a mediocre chain restaurant. The service has always been very good, so that’s a plus. I was disappointed this trip. We will likely be back for Wine Wednesday and give that a try.

Spouses buffalo wings were delicious. His beer was was close to room temperature. My meal of a blue cheeseburger and fries was terrible. There was no seasoning on either the burger or fries. The burger was hard as a rock and very dry. My margarita was mostly simple syrup so it was way too sweet. Server was very friendly.
