The food was pretty good overall. Had the Calamari and the Pork Ramen. The Calamari was a little rubbery but had good flavor and the aiolis were marvelous. The Ramen tasted great and had a very subtle heat that built the more you ate. The bowl is also HUGE, it could easily be a meal for two. I also had a Passionfruit Mojito which was yummy. The best part of the experience, however, had to be my server. Brie had the best smile and a very engaging demeanor, she was extremely busy but still managed to be nicely attentive. She was also conversational with all her tables and kept everyone very happy.

Outstanding food and service from the management team and staff they are so very friendly and helpful. Mikyla and the team truly did make celebrating Mother’s Day a memorable day that we will always remember. Thank you Sam & Jodi

Another fabulous evening with wonderful food and the great people at the Thirsty Lion. We had the Korean ribs on their Spring menu and it was delicious! Sean was our waiter and he was so much fun to chat with. We had a question and Kristen, the General Manager, knew just how to take care of it. If you have the chance, you need to come to the Thirsty Lion for great food and fun and friendly people.

One of the few brunch places available on the west side of Portland. Luckily, it's a good one. Love the variety and quality of food. Our server, Mikyla, is one of the best. We will definitely be coming back.

We always enjoy Thirsty Lion and last night was no exception. Our reservations were perfect. The restaurant was busy but with the reservations we were seated quickly at a great table. All the wait staff were exceptional.The manager Kirsten is fantastic.What a great experience!

We really had a great time. It was a little quieter than usual, which was nice. My husband had the Korean Ribs from the Spring menu. These ribs are so, so delicious they should be a regular menu item. I had a wonderful, juicy rib eye. And our server Cam H was amazing! He went above and beyond to make sure we had exactly what we wanted. Thank you for a lovely experience. Sam & Jodi

This morning at brunch, we had Mikayla. She is truly an amazing wait person. We were fortunate enough to have her before, and when we saw she was working today, we requested her station. She remembered all the things we liked, and took great care of us. Our food was great, and Mikayla fabulous. Thank you Thirsty Lion for a wonderful experience.

The food was amazing, and our server, Seam M. H, was great, friendly and attentive. The only thing is that it’s a little loud. But it was a totally enjoyable evening.
