    The service was awful. It wasn’t even busy. For some reason our server was barely our server and another one stepped in just to make sure we got helped! That’s the only reason I didn’t rate it poor because this good server went above and beyond where as ours was trash.

    Overall the food was excellent, the only thing I would recommend is to make sure the portions are correct. On my daughters waffles and chicken, the chicken portion was very small and we had to order extra.

    Service was terrible and the food had no flavor. Honestly one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had in years just because of how terrible the service was from the host stand to the server and beyond.

    Food was great and service was good. Only real complaint is that the music was too loud. It was a slow time of day so I can only imagine how difficult conversation would've been with a full house.

    We eat here pretty frequently and everything we order is so good. It’s roomy inside and also has a spacious patio area. Games on multiple tvs if you are into that but it’s not too loud or rowdy. Service is always friendly and attentive. Great drinks and happy hours-we love Thirsty Lion!

    I love The Thirsty Lion in Grandscape but the one in Euless had horribly slow wait staff!

    We arrived on time for our Wed/7 PM reservation - the place was about 1/3 full. The "host" was busy on the phone and playing with his tablet. He got off the phone and he just left without seating us. When he came back - he ignored us again. I finally had to force his attention - and was told that we would have to wait for another host to get out of the restroom before being seated. Amazingly the restaurant had many servers just standing around - but not a manager in sight - someone should have filled in at the front door. When we got to the table - our server was friendly - but only showed up at our table 3 times during our meal. I had to shout to get our check. THIS RESTAURANT IS IN DIRE NEED OF TRAINED MANAGEMENT! The only positive - our burger and sandwich was good...
