A lucky find whilst we were in the area. Ended up having a small plates dinner AND an excellent breakfast the following day. Staff are lovely and service was fast. Highly recommended

A wonderful welcoming experience. The service was personal and professional and the food was beautifully presented and delicious. A terrific time from start to finish. The brunch menu is terrific.

Food good couldn’t understand cheese cake didn’t look like a cheesecake tasted ok though we are regular eaters always nice

We always enjoy eating at the William & Florence and the food was very good. However, the service left a lot to be desired. The staff simply weren't attentive enough. Do they want to work at the William & Florence or not. We got the impression that they almost couldn't be bothered. We had to ask for drinks. (No lemon/(ice?) was provided in the jug of water. We had to order our meal at the bar when we should have had table service. We had to ask twice for extra gravy. We weren't asked if everything was ok with our meal. We had to ask at the bar for our bill - we weren't asked if we had enjoyed the meal. This isn't really good enough and we weren't very happy - the usual experienced staff (who are very efficient) were absent and this showed. We would usually recommend the William & Florence, but based on the service, we won't be doing so. Two quite unhappy diners. What a pity because the food is delicious.

Excellent as always. Joe and the team looked after us and the tartine and massaman curry were first class.

Service not as attentive as usual, had to get attention several times. Dessert (lemon tarte) lacking flavour and an odd blancmange texture. Unappealing bleach smell in restaurant.

Server didn’t know content of breakfast and I was given incorrect information. Poached eggs were one soft and one totally cooked yolk. My plate looked empty and I was hungry after. A shame as I normally love W&F breakfasts
