We are accepting reservations to make your experience the most pleasurable. The White Marlin is a magnificent beach front steak and seafood restaurant that boasts a selection of seafood with a longstanding commitment to offering top quality ingredients from local fisheries up and down the coast of Florida. Freshness is our only priority working directly with fishermen and farmers, to bring you the most amazing fresh catches and beef there is to offer. With an ethos of spotlighting ingredients first, The White Marlins menu features simple preparations executed to perfection to allow quality to take center stage. We have two dining options for our guests experience between the more casual and lively Oyster Bar and patio to the traditional Main Dining Room. The Main Dining Room possesses classic and sophisticated warmth, is adorned with sharp accents throughout the room and plush seating lends the ideal setting for celebratory dinners or just a simple night on the town.

We’ve dined at the White Marlin a couple times and this was our best visit! Oysters were great; we tried three different versions . Everyone really enjoyed their entrees! We will be back!

Beautiful restaurant in PSJ. A bit pricey for what you get. The hostess had an attitude about my request for an outdoor patio table even though that was the request that was made per my reservation. She showed no smile, willingness to accommodate nor cared where I wanted to sit even though there were plenty of tables outside. However, our waiter Jonah was very attentive. Live music is a nice touch.

Felt we were rushed thru dinner. Courses came out to quickly. Could not fully enjoy each presentation. Foid excellent.

Our table of 8 enjoyed our visit! The service and food was awesome! Everyone really enjoyed their dishes. Our drinks were great but felt a bit pricey. We were brought 4 pieces of bread for our table and when asked for another bread set was charged 8$ for another 4 pieces. The location is gorgeous and we loved the deck!

Great American Seafood dishes and amazing water views. A dressy special occasion treat in a sleepy beachfront town on the forgotten coast.

This restaurant is WONDERFUL! The ambiance of the outdoor seating, in particular, is lovely. It sometimes gets hot, we wish there was more shade! The coconut shrimp and coconut-crusted grouper are both delicious. So are the tuna dishes — the tuna salad is a great main course and comes with more tuna than you’d expect! It could easily be a poke-bowl style dish with more red onion or mango. Also, fantastic sushi! The drinks were tasty! More champagne options by the glass would be a nice plus. The servers were all lovely, and made sure any requests re: substitutions of sides or dietary restrictions were accommodated! We can’t wait to come back next year!

We had a delicious dinner! Staff was nice and Charles was the BEST server! He was kind, knowledgeable about the menu, and checked on our table often. We enjoyed our visit! Hope to come back next time we’re in town!
