The menu is extremely limited. Knowing it is catering to all the possible allergies is the reason, I am sure. But it makes it difficult for groups to find dishes that are appealing.

Love this place, my third time there. My mom is gluten & dairy free. I never knew your whole restaurant was! Everything was delish & def will be coming back soon! Hopefully yall will open one north, by domain for us northern Austinites!

We had such a great time here! Our waitress was nice, the restaurant is beautiful, and our food was so good. I had the breakfast tacos and they were amazing. Love seeing restaurants that are delicious and committed to good quality ingredients!!

This was our second time visiting the well as we came without our toddler the first time. We were so happy to be in a booth as he was able to get comfy and we were directly alongside other parties enjoying their dinner. We enjoyed the bolognese, salmon, chicken, pomegranate guacamole, and the sweet potato side with the kale salad. It was ALL amazing. I wish we lived in Austin as we would eat here once a week!

Nice ambiance, however the booth tables are entirely too small. We were a party of 5 and barely had room for our entrees and struggled to share appetizers. The vegetarian options were highly superior to the meat meals. The steak was chewy. We enjoyed the falafel and Thai lettuce wraps. Our server was the only 4* experience of the night. The kitchen was very resistant to serving our 5 year old grandson plain pasta even though there is no kid’s menu. Overall, we were disappointed and probably won’t be back.

The Well has become one of our go to spots in Austin!!! The restaurant is all gluten free and does not use seed oils! We always get the salmon tartare and ceviche to start along with their second street margarita. I had the vegan Caesar with chicken and a side of brussels sprouts and my husband got the steak, everything was delicious as always!! I highly recommend!!!!!!

Really fun to eat at a place so observant of food allergies/intolerances. My son has none and I have 3 and we had a delicious meal beginning to end with incredible service. It's a beautiful restaurant with a wonderful menu full of amazing choices/options. Can't wait to return!

I love The Well. From the food, atmosphere and ambiance, truly wonderful. I bring people I value here to go deeper in relationship. Thank you to Cameron for great service. And thank you to the sweet lady who got us started with wine samples. We thoroughly enjoyed the Babylonstoren. Explosive with flavors but nothing overbearing or competing Thanks very much. Fantastic place! Don’t let the whole idea of healthy food make you think it’s not good. The food is super tasty and portions are large. Well worth the price! The version of the espresso martini was our favorite drink. Overall, I totally recommend this place if you’re in town.

What a beautiful restaurant! My husband and I were visiting from Chicago and found The Well on Open Table. Being gluten and dairy free, this was the perfect place for a late dinner. The bone broth was outstanding! Great service and ambiance too.

Our first experience at the Well was amazing. Everything we ordered was delicious. We especially loved the vegan pesto pasta and market fish dishes, and the salmon tartar was also great. We will definitely be returning to this gem. So thrilled to have a restaurant in ATX with tasty gluten free dishes.

My fiance and I are visiting from out of town and we are SO GLAD we found this restaurant. Not only is everything allergen/sensitivity friendly, the staff is too!! We literally ate here 3 times in 3 days because we loved it so much. Highly highly recommend whether you have gluten, dairy, and/or soy sensitivities/allergies or not. The avocado toast with chicken salad is to DIE for (but just be aware the chicken salad has egg in it if you’re sensitive!).

EVERYTHING on the menu is Gluten Free & Dairy Free! Having a guest in town with a restricted diet made this the PERFECT go to spot. The food was that of a Michelin Restaurant and the ambiance was amazing inside and out! Our specific server could have been better but our overall experience left nothing to the imagination and would be a go to spot for any diet! 10/10 Recommend and will definitely be back!

Terrific meal. I combined 3 sides that were fantastic. Perhaps the best meal I have had in Austin in 2024. I do find some offerings are not always to my liking but on this recent experience it was off the charts. I will reorder the same meal again. I remain a huge fan of the Well. Staff is terrific and on occasions I have chosen to dine at the bar which is comfortable and fun. So glad that the Well is a vibrant and wonderful part of the Austin food scene.

Our entire group of 7 loved this restaurant! The ambience was cozy with beautiful outdoor seating. Tables weren’t crowded together so we could hear each other. Everyone loved their meal! They went the extra mile in making sure everything was delicious! The appetizers, entrees, juices and drinks were all special and delicious! They also accommodated all our allergies. We will definitely return.

We had a wonderful lunch. The service was attentive and accommodating. The food was clean, healthy, and excellent. (often the first two don't come with the latter). The restaurant is welcoming and beautiful.

After having brunch at The Well and being impressed by their version of chilaquiles, we made a dinner reservation to return. So glad we did. It was our favorite dinner during our five nights dining out in Austin. Three dishes were exceptionally delicious. The avocado toast we ordered as a starter featured a cashew-chia pesto that took the dish to a higher level. And the coconut curry squash was a dream combination of flavors. That entree paired perfectly with a side of fingerling potatoes, which were not the non-descript afterthought that come to mind when I normally think of those potatoes. At The Well, these potatoes are sliced and crispy and spicy. Altogether, an extremely satisfying dining experience.

We had an excellent dinner for four at the Well! One Gf, one Vegan, two Omni and we all had amazing food! The mushrooms/sweet potato are amazing, and the golden ice cream for dessert is truly outstanding! Excellent service too. Highly recommend!

Outstanding! We were impressed with the decor and ambiance and of course the food was fresh and delicious! We will definitely go back.

Food was delicious, service wasn’t great our server forgot to put in two of the items we ordered. Love that they handle allergies without making a big deal of it.
