Eaten here about 5 times in the last few years. Heard from people that the food quality has gone down but thought we would see ourselves. Definitely true. From the cocktails to the entrees, we were left disappointed. The Cajun pasta had 4 little shrimp. About 4 pieces of small sausage and about a 1/4 of a chicken breast. The gnocchi had a good sauce but very poor quality chicken pieces that were inedible. Poor experience.

Seated immediately at time of reservation. Adequate food options for healthy and tasty options. Pricing is reasonable. Would be great if staff introduced themselves and wore name tags. Mixed drinks were great..peachtinis!

We have experienced 2 dining occasions at the Vault at different times of day and received great service both times. Food was served hot and in an appropriate time period. Would recommend restaurant to others without hesitation.

Our service was good but our table for three turned into a table for 12+ with the table next to us was practically on top of us . It was not pleasant for my family to be seated by a large party . Note to The vault , keep larger parties in your back area .

Absolutely delicious. The new york strip strip was so tender. The beast burger might possibly be the best burger I've ever had, and I already want to drive an hour back just to get it again!

Had a 6pm reservation. Was seated early (5:55) and ordered our meals by 6:10. Asked what the wait was at 6:40…Our food finally arrived at 6:50….we had tickets to a 7 pm concert! Kinda disappointed that we had to wolf down an expensive meal and not get a chance to enjoy it! The excuse-“well it’s busy and we have a small kitchen” Really?! Not going back anytime soon. Food was good and the waitress was nice. But service was WAY TOO SLOW!

You can not skip the giant pretzel, it is fantastic. The food is what you expect for the price, which is a little high for the area, but reasonable for a nice date night.

We made a reservation because we had to be in and out to make a show later. Service was attentive and we never felt rushed. All 4 of us enjoyed and finished our meals. Fish and chips, Cajun pasta, chicken sandwich and melt sandwich. Generous portions.

We really enjoyed dining at The Vault. Loved the Mahi Mahi mango special. Jen, our server was great. Excellent beer, wine & liquor selections.

Felt VERY rushed. We were asked about dessert before we were even half way through our meal. Handed check while still eating. It was only 8 pm and they close at 9 so not sure what the rush was. Server was very nice. Food runners need more training on customer service.

Excellent spot for dinner. My wife and i were looking for a place just like this that is casual but not a sports bar. Someplace elegant, but not stuffy or too fancy.

Really understaffed. Went for lunch and it took 2 1/2 hours. Good food and drinks just plan on 2-3 hours for lunch oh yea and plan on a parking ticket as well meters max out at 2 hours
