Bienvenue au Sunset Restaurant, situé sur une des plus belles promenades de la Zuma Beach de Malibu, en Californie. En arrivant devant ce restaurant pour le moins isolé, vous ne pourrez pas passer à côté du spectacle à couper le souffle qui vous sera offert par l’océan, et sur l’horizon du Pacifique. Situé juste à quelques pas des plus belles vagues, vous pourrez peut-être apercevoir des baleines ! A noter que le coucher de soleil que vous pourrez admirer dans ce cadre ne trouve son pareil nulle part ailleurs en Californie du sud. Was quite loud today in the dining area inside. Normally it is much quieter. You could hardly enjoy a conversation. The food and service were outstanding as per usual. The management & host are always very accommodating & friendly.

The food and service was excellent. I had the fish sandwich which had amazing flavor. The restaurant has a nice view of the pacific and casual outdoor seating

They’ve had to raise heir prices like all restaurants but happy hour still good value. They used to have hh throughout restaurant but now you can only have hh in the bar. Still a really fun place to go for hh.

We love the food but the service was awful. We had to track down our waiter for everything. He was very nice but maybe he was just overworked. We sat for more than 25 minutes before tracking him down just to order drinks. This was my husband’s birthday and I called specifically to get an upstairs table as downstairs is too loud . When I said that at checkin they said the upstairs was booked and we couldn’t sit there.

This is our favorite restaurant in Malibu. The food is great, the view is phenomenal and the service is good. Took awhile to get seated with a reservation on Mother’s Day but we enjoyed a drink in the bar lounge area while waiting so all good!

The restaurant was packed due to Mother's Day and even with a reservation, there was a wait. I wanted the North patio but wasn't willing to wait longer than the 20 minutes we were already there. Food was delicious and great view of the ocean. Servers had a hard time keeping up with the crowd.

It's a perennial favorite due to the location. This was the first visit ever where 2 managers visited every table. That was a very nice touch. The problems here are the same as always: the parking is a nightmare, the wait just TO park can be a nightmare, and the space is simply too small for the number of people it holds. For a peaceful place across from the ocean, the atmosphere inside is chaotic. There really isn't much room to expand unless they go vertical, and considering the odd layout (and broken elevator) that's probably not even an option. I would choose to take an Uber in to the side street and avoid a car if at all possible. That will make it much less stressful.

Good food, good vibe but parking situation was hellacious. It was Mother’s Day though. Everyone decided to be at the beach today.

The manager there was amazing and kind! We came with our 2 month old and he was very accommodating to seat us in a place that would work for her. It’s always stressful to go out with a new baby, thank you for helping us have an unforgettable Mothers Day.
