A Wonderful Place made Famous by Don Henley's Iconic Song! My daughters took me here for my Brithday, and we had a Great Time! Excellent Food and Great Drinks! The Management treated me to a free drink and a free dessert!

We went to Hollywood for the main reason to go to thos restaurant and they weren't even open! The business next door said they have random hours that they are open. We went to a nearby restaurant for apps hoping they would open. We went back and the owner was inside with a few people and came to the door and just said "we aren't open"

It was too cold on Saturday to do lunch outside. We didn't end up staying. The staff was great about it. I will definitely go back on a warmer day. Thanks for asking. Paul

So we made reservations on open table for 10 but had no idea that we would have to sit outside. They turned on the heater. The inside space is VERY small and unable to accommodate 10 people sitting together. Food was delicious but only room temperature, some of the dishes came out very late (but they were hot at least). Very nice family owned place and seemed authentic Hungarian. Very affordable for our group and very casual (not fancy). Cool bar and vibe on Sunset Blvd.

The juicy pork steak “Gypsy” style was unique and crazy delicious. My wife had the giant schnitzel and it did not disappoint in size nor taste. Great ambiance, bartender, and drinks.

If your looking for good food in a different set up this is the place to be. Go up the stairs and enjoy the food and atmosphere. Small but very nice.

Music was a touch too loud couldnt hear each other at the table. Staff was swamped, but cheerful. Food excellent and big portions too.

The restaurant was a surprise gem we found in Hollywood during our long weekend trip to LA. The Hungarian food was amazing and the drink menu was fantastic. It was the best meal our group of 6 had during the entire trip.

This place is awesome, real authentic Hungarian food and is so good. Hubby and I had the Wiener schnitzel and Beef stew, they were outstanding. The Truffle sponge cake for desert is amazing. Nice atmosphere, Ken the owner greeted us and was so helpful in explaining the dishes. He has a great sense of humor and very personable. We will be back to try some of the other dishes.

I can’t say enough about this fabulous Hollywood Hungarian gem. We arrived upstairs and were seated promptly. Service by the owners was spot-on, friendly and engaging if you like. Every dish, cocktail and dessert we had was delicious and profoundly reasonable in price. We enjoyed several cocktails and our stuffed cabbage and crepe chicken enchiladas entrees were phenomenally scrumptious and satisfying. The atmosphere is kind of Bohemian. Simply put, a delightful unpretentious dining experience with a flair for cuisine, atmosphere and service. We look forward to returning. Thank you!

Wonderful little eatery. Food was fantastic and we ordered quite a bit just to check it out. Service was outstanding, very friendly and kind. It was the middle of the week so there was one guy doing everything, greeting/seating, taking our order maki g our drinks. Prices were a great value too. We went with our three children and all enjoyed our dining experience.

We discovered this wonderful restaurant yesterday and we are so thankful we did! The service is top notch and the food is amazing! And the attention to quality detail is impressive with all fresh ingredients for the perfect cocktail and incredibly yummy comfort food! We will be regulars here! Thank you!!
