Suite à une rénovation complète récente, le restaurant The Sun Dial a rouvert le 13 août et invite les convives à profiter de son établissement haut de gamme moderne et de sa vue imprenable.

Tournant à 67 m au-dessus de Peachtree Street, The Dial Sun est le seul restaurant à trois niveaux d'Atlanta qui offre une vue panoramique à 360 degrés sur les toits de la ville. First of all I had to wait for a reservation to clear and there were many open tables available. The price for food was very high for the amount given. The service was just okay.

Worth the trip! The views of all around Atlanta are so beautiful, and the food was absolutely incredible. I took my mother for Mother's Day and she thoroughly enjoyed herself. Our waiter was perfect at giving us space to talk and eat but still making sure we were taken care of as well.

The service from Mimi was exceptional. The food was not as good as it used to be. We frequented the Sundial quite a bit years ago and the new menu is not very appealing.

Absolutely delighted with the service. We were instantly impressed with the courtesy of the staff, cleanliness of the premises and the quality of the food was exceptional and superb. Our waitress, Shauna was an absolutely lovely lady. she was very friendly, helpful, offered us some delicious options and she was spot on! The ambiance is 10 out of 10, take in the view because it is spectacular! Highly recommend this delightful restaurant. You will not be disappointed.

We had reservations for 8:15 PM. We arrived on time and immediately were sent up top for our dinner. We had excellent timing because the sun was just setting. The skyline was beautiful at sunset. We ordered drinks, food and we received bread at our table. An hour and 45 minutes later, we still had not received our dinner. At that time we had decided we were not gonna stay. When we had talked to our staff, we were advise. It is a minimum of two hours to receive your food. With that being said, we paid for a drink and left and went to another five star restaurant where we did receive our meal within 15 minutes of ordering.

The chef has changed so many menu items from before. The Oscar enhancement ordered is now a crab cake instead of crab meat. The quality is no longer what it used to be. Also, the Caesar salad was the hard part of the romaine. And for my partner , the lettuce was brown and should not have been served. The quality no longer matches the price for this facility

David was our server and was very helpful with the menu for my husband with food allergy recommendations. Service was excellent. The atmosphere was welcoming and we enjoyed the observation areas. All food was excellent. The appetizers were Caesar salad, scallops and calamari. We had a table food of a variety of items on the menu for our main courses. The filet and prawn was a perfect choice for myself. Dessert was cheesecake and also crème brûlée with berries. Our guests enjoyed their drink libations. Perfect celebration for both birthdays and our anniversary. Sure miss the Sundial rotation however we rotated by traveling to all the view points!

The quality of their beef is poor and it carries on to their cooking. I do not recommend their beef dishes. The fish dish was very good and well prepared.

The atmosphere and the service were great…those in addition to the breathtaking view and sunsetting over Atlanta made for a phenomenal 28th wedding anniversary. Thank you Sundial! We definitely recommend the total experience!

The restaurant boasts an exceptional view and ambiance, setting the stage for a unique dining experience. It was exciting. We were welcomed warmly by our knowledgeable waiter, James, we anticipated culinary delights to match the setting. While the menu offered enticing selections, the execution fell short of expectations. Regrettably, each dish was adorned with wilted flowers, detracting from the presentation. The fried calamari, heavily battered, lacked the delicate balance expected of such a dish. Similarly, the undercooked foie gras and chewy grilled octopus failed to impress. Despite these shortcomings, the well-cooked scallops provided a brief respite. The experience left much to be desired.

The Sun Dial Restaurant was absolutely beautiful, situated in downtown Atlanta. I ordered the Modern Caesar Salad—it looked small but was bursting with flavor. For my entrée, I chose the roasted red snapper, which turned out to be the best I've ever had. Perched on the 72nd floor of the Westin, the restaurant offers stunning views of the entire city of Atlanta, making it an amazing experience worth every penny! The staff were all welcoming and friendly. I would definitely return the next time I'm in Atlanta!

An Atlanta institution, The Sundial continues to showcase why so many locals and tourists return to it year after year. While no longer rotating, the restaurant stills offers incredible views which are a difficult to beat draw. The food is quite good, and the service is truly spectacular. Although a novelty, The Sundial is also a treat ideal for special occasions.

The view is awesome and worth the experience. The environment was comfortable. The food was slightly salty for some of us and didn’t seem enough for $ spent. The waiters were accommodating n hospitable. Overall experience good.

Wife and I chose this restaurant for our 10 year anniversary. Food was great, when it came cooked the proper way. I ordered a steak, cooked medium. I got a well done steak. For $89, I wanted it cooked the way I wanted it. Sent it back, the chef gave me a small portion of lamb as an apology until my steak was recooked. The recooked came out perfect! My wife snapper was beautifully cooked as well. The wait staff are as amazing as the views! Definitely recommend if you are downtown and want an amazing meal with an amazing view.

The waiter was wonderful. The food was delicious. The view is beautiful. Only downside was that our meal arrived more than an hour after we ordered. But we were enjoying the ambiance. And the sympathy of the waiter and quality of the food made up for that
