The steak house has gone downhill. No liver pattee from the chef. No bread. The food was good, but it has lost its special touch. Probably will not go back.

The menu was very limited, the waitress was not active. We had to flag her down for service and it was not crowded at all. The steak and snapper was good according to members of our party, However the bread, asparagus, crab cake and shrimp Scampi was mediocre. When visiting again I would skip this one.

Being a native of New Orleans and having visited this restaurant when it was BESH was beyond disappointing. The drinks were horrible,the oysters and crab cakes lacked flavor . The Champagne Vinaigrette for the salad strong and not pleasing to the palette. it was so bad we were afraid to order the Steaks. I left and went to Ruth Chris across the street

Our server Ruby made our night- the steak and crab risotto were exceptional but it as Ruby who made the night memorable. Aces!

Ruby is a fabulous server. Our drink order was perfect. The food was exceptional. She always know what we need. Also Anthony served our food quickly and checked to be sure everything was correct. The Steakhouse is our favorite restaurant in NOLA.

I visit NO a couple times a year. Usually stay at Harrah’s. Have probably eaten at the steakhouse 10 or more times. Would highly recommend it! Never had a bad meal or bad experience there

Ruby was absolutely amazing! Stellar service. Great personality. Thorough knowledge of the menu thus making suggestions for the perfect dining experience. I will always ask for Ruby when I dine at The Steakhouse.
