The Silo Cookhouse offers a culinary farm to table journey set amidst the tranquility of the Farm’s eclectic dining room and the splendor of sweeping sunset views of Mt. Pisgah. We offer an a la carte menu, communal seating dinner service Wednesday-Saturday evenings. Guests are encouraged to arrive early, at 5:00 when our bar opens up! Please make your reservation time at the time you would like to be seated for dinner.

Our experience is a great chance to meet new people and make new friends! Our menu changes in accordance with the freshest, seasonal local ingredients.

Thursday’s Are For LOCALS!
Henderson, Transylvania, & Buncombe County residents will receive 20% off at The Silo Cookhouse and The Stable Spa EVERY Thursday. That's right. We love our locals and want to see you at least once a week!

    Join us for our annual 4th of July Celebration! This year we’re teaming up with our new neighbors, Root & Bone, to bring you the Southern inspired feast of your dreams! Tickets are $90/pp (excluding tax & service charge) and include a buffet-style dinner featuring a low country boil from The Silo Cookhouse and Southern picnic fare from Root & Bone! Enjoy this outdoor experience, complete with a fireworks display. This is a ticketed event.     truly amazing experience all around ! Grounds of the farm were impeccable like I was in a dream. The culinary experience from greeting at the door to the drinks, service food even a conversation with the chef everything was superb and would recomend to anyone.

    One of the best meals I've had in several years. The staff treated us like family. Any item on the menu would have been just as exquisite I'm sure. This is more than a restaurant, but an immersion dining experience. The staff encouraged us to go to the game room and stick around for a fitepit after the meal. We will be back.

    Never disappoints. Allways love going to the Cookhouse for a memorable meal. Our out of town guests expect to visit whenever they come. The service is wonderful and knowledgeable. The bartender is the best around. Thanks so much, once again. xoxo

    My husband and I had a lovely brunch on Sunday. The Silo's ambience is very on point, the staff are friendly and accommodating and the food is fun and tasty, just what you want at a brunch. The Silo Cookhouse sits at the center of the farm which allows you to see much of the land which is beautiful throughout all the seasons. There is much to explore after having a wonderful brunch.

    Exceptional in every way! Service, food, ambience, all in an idyllic setting. Our party of 5 had the most memorable evening dining in this beautiful restaurant

    It was ok. The staff was new and while Millicent was pleasant she forgot my appetizer and the fish was meh. Dirty dishes were left on our communal table for over 1/2 hr and we had to remind several people with more excuses about being short staffed.

    If you’ve never been here before this should be your sign to go!!! Food is absolutely incredible, fresh, and ingredients sourced locally. Service is top notch. I was so impressed with my time there. I felt like I was at a friend’s dinner party…but with fantastic food. Loved my cocktail…got the hibiscus marg, more tart than sweet…it was perfection to me. Lion’s Mane mushrooms were the best mushrooms I’ve ever had in my life. I requested to sit next to my sister since she has some hearing problems (the seating is communal and I wanted us to be able to talk and hear each other…I’m glad I did.) We also met lovely people sitting next to us and had fabulous conversation. After dinner we went to the bar for another drink and sat in front of the fire. So cozy. Perfect evening. Great splurge. Worth every penny. I am so happy that we have a place like this in the area. Will definitely be back!!!

    The ambiance and the service really defined our lovely and delicious dinner. The food truly was farm to table, proven by the freshest vegetables, cheese and fruit. We will definitely be back to enjoy so many more options on the menu.
