Here, refined meets unwind in a way that makes each visit feel special without getting stuffy. The Rux is a gorgeous, special occasion-worthy escape, even when that special occasion is “it’s Tuesday.” Feeling at home even while you’re being a little fancy is our sweet spot. We tried this out because we live downtown in Nashville and it is often hard to get reservations. We heard about this restaurant. It is only two months old so they are still working out the kinks. I had the salmon dinner and it was very good! The space and the views are beautiful and you can almost see 360° around. We are at the bar with James, he was amazing and he made the evening! Complementary house made vinegar chips and a house made ranch dressing were delicious. Also House made pickles . music should be a little bit louder and maybe top 40 or country genre. Also the bar lights need to be on a dimmer. Good local beer on tap. Burgers or missing the pimento cheese, but we were compensated for that. this place could be another Thompson rooftop vibe if they can make some changes hope it does well.

Bartender took forever to make our drinks and upsold a whiskey without telling us the price. All we asked for was a whiskey soda and we ended up paying $40 for that one drink. Also, the floor was sticky and smelled like garbage. The view was nice at least.

The venue is gorgeous, however seating took awhile and waitresses were hustling but food took extremely long to come out. They were also out of several menu options. Anytime I’m spending 100 dollars for an appetizer to drinks and dessert I expect much better.

Our group of 4 had some shareables before a wine tasting which was being held in the private room of the RUX. Outdoor seating is very nice. The appetizers were very good overall. The crab cake sliders were our favorite. The chicken on the chicken and biscuits, although well fried, was lacking salt.

Beautiful view. The server was nice but we waited 20-30 mins after being seated to go our drink orders started. Waited another 20 mins to get drinks. Decided to leave because our order had not been taken.

Not sure how new this restaurant is but going to assume pretty new. First, there is no signage for the restaurant. You have to walk around lobby or ask hotel staff where it is. The service staff was great. Welcoming and nice. The food is essentially bar food - tacos, fries, street corn, burgers and a few entrees. The tacos were tasty but this is not a dining experience if that’s what you’re looking for. The view is nice and the space is tastefully decorated. The DJ started playing around 7 pm and was way too loud- people were eating dinner / not trying to dance. It definitely killed the vibe. If you want a spot to have simple food and drinks with a nice view this place will do but it’s definitely not a “ date night” spot.

Food could be better especially the burger & bacon, (too tough) and the crab came could use a little seasoning. but it was a great visit and vibes were nice. would go again

Great new place, great view and décor! Service should have a tad more attention to the customer, We ordered an appetizer and 2 entrees ... my wife's entrée cam out and 5 mins later the appetizer and My entrée together... seems the wrong order? We then moved to the inside bar and after the first round the bartenders got so busy with wait staff bar orders, they missed 3 times I tried to signal them for a second/third drink. Polish that up and this is DEFINATELY 5 stars.

Saw on IG thought it would a cool place for before dinner drinks and snacks… requested indoor seating since weather was chilly but was seated outside. No menus so finally tried to order at the bar…was told to wait for server…some of our drinks couldn’t be made because there “wasn’t a button for it.” All in all pretty meh experience.

The view and ambiance were incredible! The food was great but a little pricey for the portion size and our service was average but I would go back for drinks and appetizers just for the view!

I thoroughly enjoyed the ambiance of the place. However, I believe there is room for improvement in the food options. While I appreciate that the menu is inspired by the owner's grandmother's global travels, the selection was limited and may not cater to every palate. Additionally, the quality of the food could be enhanced.

Beautiful restaurant and I absolutely loved our server. It was too cold to sit on the outside but I cannot wait until the weather warms up so I can sit outside with a nice drink and a view. Get the steak tacos. You will not regret it.

We attended as a Galentine’s Dinner and it was amazing. The drinks were absolutely delicious. The food was good but could use a little seasoning and it was a little cold.

Went for Valentines Day. The food was good, however the portions were not big/filling enough for what you had to pay. It was an additional $10 to add chicken on top of the pasta, which considering you can pretty much get a pound of chicken or that price was a little much. It also wasn't a ton of chicken that was placed on top of it either. I think having it for either $5 or $6 would've been more reasonable. I also anticipated drinks being maybe $10 - $12, they were $16 which I felt was also a bit over priced. This was their normal menu, they didn't have a fixed Valentines Day menu or I would've understood that pricing a bit more. The taste of everything was good, we just didn't get full and ended up running through Taco Bell after. Since it was Valentines day, we were offered free champagne and some chips as an appetizer, which were both good and our waiter was kind as well and often checked on us. I usually don't write reviews but since this place is still fairly new I decided to go ahead and write one so the restaurant can consider making any pricing changes or making slightly bigger portions at least, just to get more business in.. For two people who only paid for 2 entrees (pasta & salmon) and 2 drinks, our bill was $120 (including 20% tip). Which again, if we both had gotten full, it may not have been as bad, but considering we were both still hungry after, I would say that price is definitely not worth it.

Great venue with a great view. Food and cocktails were very imaginative. Nice to see something different. The food quality, presentation, and flavors were outstanding. Service was great. Highly recommend.
