We requested a couple of considerations which were fulfilled . We also asked for some recognition on the table for our friends who were recently married and that we were celebrating and there was a lovely “just married “ card on the table. Dinner was fabulous and the service was spectacular and it was a memorable evening for all.

I had the Fogo Island Cod which was a recommended and the most expensive dish. I was told that it is boiled in a special bag and it does not present well when served and was totally bland. There was a watery green sauce beneath it which must be made of fiddleheads and a few spears of asparagus. It was very tasteless and disappointing.

Brought family to the Royal for their first dining experience there, as usual we had a wonderful evening with delicious food and delightful service. ~ smoked whitefish mousse ~ lion’s mane salad ~ minestrone ~ steak tartare ~ ribeye special ~ duck confit x 2 ~ pansotti

We were seated on the terrace. Amazing ambiance, had heaters for when it was cold. Service was top notch. Food was amazing. Second time here and will be back next time I’m in PEC.

This was a fantastic experience for myself and three guests. The environment and ambiance is absolutely stunning. Exquisite and luxurious. The staff are so friendly! In fact, it is noticeably more friendly there than any restaurant I’ve ever been to. The food was spectacular. It came out in a timely way, we weren’t rushed, and it was absolutely delicious. We first tried dining there one year ago, and this was a return Trip for an annual getaway tradition. It is going to be part of our tradition every time we visit Picton. Very highly recommended!

Confused staff many running in circles constantly without actually holding anything or serving anyone. Came for a creamsicle martini but they don’t make them anymore. Limited food menu, pizza, burgers. I ate cod which was tiny and cold and tasteless and expensive. I do not recommend. However the back deck is a beautiful location. Maybe just for drinks. Then go elsewhere to eat.
