The Roosevelt Room is Austin's most awarded cocktail bar, offering a seated experience with table service provided by its knowledgeable bar staff to guide guests through its expansive menu of classic and original cocktails, craft beer, wine, and epicurean bar food.

The Roosevelt Room has received the following accolades: Top Four Best American Cocktail Bar 2022 by the Spirited Awards, Top Four Best American Bar Team 2022 by the Spirited Awards, Top Five Best Cocktail Bar 2022 by Liquor.com's Liquor Awards, Austin's Best New Cocktail Bar 2015 by Thrillist, & Bar of the Year 2017 by TimeOut Austin.

RESERVATIONS ARE STRONGLY SUGGESTED. Walk-ins are welcome, but please note that there may be a short wait for the next available table. If your reservation details change, please let us know. The first is our Lite Bites menu, which features finger foods served buffet-style and allows your guests to mingle and enjoy the event. The second is our Gourmet Dining Menu, featuring a plentiful array of epicurean appetizers, hors d'oeuvres, entrées, and desserts; with meat, vegetarian, and vegan options; served either buffet-style, passed, and/or seated.

Everyone at my table ordered different drinks, & every single one of them was so delicious!! Absolutely awesome ambience & service, & even our little snacks (popcorn + pretzels) were delicious. Will absolutely be back!!!

I took my friend and decided to try every drink in the menu. I’m fairly sure that’s not true but the ones we did have were great. She was visiting and was really impressed by the place…..I think :-)

Always have an amazing experience here! We went for our anniversary and the waitstaff was so sweet to us. Even gave us a mini aperol spritz to celebrate. Drinks are out of this world, and you can not go wrong with whatever you decide! 10/10 always!

What a great time. Drinks were solid. Food was cocktail appetizer options but good a great atmosphere for sure. Can’t wait to go back.

Nice ambience. Made a reservation for 6, sat at a booth in front of the bar and able to see the screen. Very creative cocktails, but also has classics. My friends all enjoyed their drinks. Love the vibe. would definitely return when back in Austin

The Roosevelt was Great. A small bar that serves appetizers. The drinks we got; millionaire, buck to the future, paper airplane, and can’t remember the last one, they were all great. Cory was our server. He was very friendly, and knowledgeable about every cocktail. He offered great suggestions. The atmosphere was fantastic. It may have been a bit loud , but it is a bar. We Loved it!!

We pregamed here before seeing Madonna and had a wonderful time. Small plates were tasty and the bartenders were very knowledgeable. I wasn’t familiar with all of the ingredients on the drink menu, so our bartender made a couple of great recommendations based on what I liked. He was very attentive and friendly even when he was clearly busy making drinks for others. I wish I could remember his name, he was in training and gave us 5 star treatment.

We had reservations and were greeted warmly and promptly seated. Our waiter was friendly and extremely helpful with drink selections (ingredients and suggestions were appreciated). Overall - great ambience! We had an early show at the ACL and we appreciated when our waiter reminded us to allow time for a leisure walk --- we were thoroughly enjoying our drinks/appetizers so we would have easily lost lose track of time. We all would definitely recommend going to The Roosevelt for any Austin meet-up and definitely for a pre- ACL show warmup (walkable to Austin City Limits (ACL).

If you’re wondering whether to visit, JUST GO!! The drinks were very well-made and the menu offered a ton of variety. I do wish there were a larger amount of food items to choose from but the cocktails were why we visited. Wonderful experience all around and if you’re lucky enough to have Ollie as a waitress, you’re gonna have an awesome time!!

The cocktails were top notch. We already had dinner so I can’t comment on the food. Ryan was our bartender and he did an amazing job. I would love to come back. Music level was just right not too loud to not have a conversation about.

This bar is fabulous. They have anything and everything that you could possibly hope for to make a cocktail. We tried a few drinks, some of our favorites being the Painkiller, Amaretto Sour, the Milk Punch, and their cold Irish Coffee. The bartenders are masters of their craft and make the experience top notch.

Drinks were good but service was spotty - slow and forgot items we had ordered. Prices were high for what the food and drinks were. They were very rude about ushering us off the table right at their time limit - if people are paying customers you would expect them to try and make it work instead of taking your drinks from you while you are still drinking them

Outstanding gem on 5th St. in downtown Austin with classic and creative cocktails, and an excellent small bites menu. The staff is friendly, and offers suggestions for craft cocktails. A great place for date night or a drink after work.

Can’t say enough good things about our experience. Initially made a reservation for six, but thirty minutes prior to our scheduled arrival, our number ballooned to eleven. Texted with The Roosevelt Room and they were able to accommodate our late minute adjustment flawlessly. Kudos to their team for handling the situation and making our experience one to remember. Highly recommended. Great atmosphere, great cocktails, and wonderful staffing.

I’m tempted to not review Nightcap because it’ll become harder to get a table as it’s more of a hidden gem right now. But, they absolutely deserve 5 stars. Had a large party go here for dinner and drinks. Everything we all ordered was fantastic. Very good cocktails. Great vibe. Great service. Parking lot is extremely small but there’s a lot of free street parking around the block. They have the best burger in Austin. Hands down the best. Absolutely go here.
