Busy Mothers Day, server was nice, but perhaps over extended, as she was absent for long periods. No bourbon list, so I had to play a game of 20 questions to see what they had. Food took a long time getting out. My steak called “The Ridge” sounds like it was supposed to be their signature 10oz NY strip. It was cooked medium rare as I ordered but not a very good piece of meat. Seemed more like something I’d get at a Denny’s. Kids filet medallions were over cooked. (Medium well or even well done). Others shared the same opinions about their dishes being “meh”. Shared dessert was brought out with no small plates. Manager stopped by and was friendly. Overall we had a good time, but the operation seemed to be overloaded.

We ate on the patio. Live music was fun and noise level still let you have a conversation. Our waitress was attentive and our drinks and food was delicious. We will be back!

The food was great. It was Mothers Day so it was very busy. Our food was hot all except for my grilled asparagus. Due to the longer than normal wait it must have been ready much sooner than everything else because it wasn't even warm! Our server was great. The view from out table was very nice. Just cold asparagus.

The restaurant was okay. We had expected something a little more upscale based on the menu prices. Cullen was an excellent server and very attentive and helpful with the menu.

Good diverse menu but wish they would bring back Lanier pasta shrimp dish and a few more pasta dishes. Skyler was an excellent waitress and gave personalized service to our party of 6. Drinks were number one. Will be back.

This is a casual place with a relaxed atmosphere, albeit buzzing with activity at dinnertime. I had the marinated ribeye, which was excellent. My server was attentive, friendly, and focused on making sure I had a great dining experienced.

Have been to The Ridge many times. Always a great experience. My Ridge NY Strip came out a bit overdone, but was still quite good.

Service was attentive and friendly. Of the six of us dining, three were disappointed in our dinner. Appetizers (onion rings and crab dip) and salads were very good, but mashed potatoes were the blandest we’ve had. Scallops were generous and large but also lacked seasoning or flavor. Crab cake was just average, have had much better elsewhere. Even my son’s French fries were subpar, somewhat undercooked and needing salt. The hits of the evening were the garlic butter shrimp, filet, and filet medallions. Marinade on the ribeye was good. Overall, very unsatisfying for the cost, more what I’d expect from one of those buffet steakhouses.

My wife ordered the crab cakes which looked like they weren’t cooked. The cocktails we ordered were not good. We were excited to try The Ridge again since they are under new management. The ambience is dated, it looks like it is stuck in the 1970’s overall not a good experience.

Had a reservation for 7:15 another party took a while to get up so we got seated late but the manager and staff were excellent! She made sure our food came out nice hot and fresh! We were visiting from South Carolina so waiting at first was fine but time went by I started to get a little mad but they turn my entire mood around with there service smiles and good personalities !! Lord and there food was absolutely the BEST’ those scallop and steak meal was everything we will be back

Have been going here for over 10 years. Never had a steak; 4 people ordered steak, and I took a bite....absolutely nothing special. Very little flavor. Ordered the cajun pasta for 100th time, and it was not good - dry chicken and lacking in cajun flavor. Service was commensurate with the number of tables; waited 10 mins and had to ask hostess to send someone over. Drinks took a while. All in all, it was a decent evening. The singer and dancing was awesome. One bad experience out of 100 is pretty darn good. Will keep going, but probably won't ever order the steak simply because I don't want to risk it being average when paying so much for it. Definitely recommend others to come try!

We had a birthday dinner for 4 at The Ridge Our server was superb. The food was ok For some reason the kitchen couldn't get my Filet right. It was at first over cooked , the next one was cold by the time the third we came we were pretty full from our salad and sides. In fairness they did not charge us for the steaks . The kitchen made the evening less than perfect The server did her best to make it right. We really appreciated her effort

It certainly helped to have a reservation at 5:30pm on a Saturday night. It was crazy busy. Our waitress was very attentive and we never had to wait for anything we needed.

My husband & I have been dining at The Ridge since 2009. We drove over an hour to dine on Valentine’s Day this evening & booked a reservation for 8 pm. Arrived twenty minutes early and were seated forty minutes later. The girl working the reservations told the person seating us that there were three tables available. I asked where these were located - when she took us back the lady serving water told her to seat us in a very small corner facing the wall. I immediately asked if we could be seated at the other two tables. We were refused. Should have left then. Seated the people that had arrived much later than us at the other two tables. The lighting was horrible there- had to use the light on my phone to see the menu not to mention that my husband & I hardly had room to sit at the table. Sat twenty minutes waiting for anyone to come by our table to just offer us waters while I observed the other two tables not only receive waters, but other drinks & place their orders. The same girl serving water kept going to one of the two tables & kept talking to the couple. It is apparent they were buddies. She made five trips to their table to talk with them while they were there. She came to our table one time to refill our waters during our entire visit & tried to say things were messed up because their computer system had gone down over an hour before yet they seemed to be working fine when we were seated. Ordered cocktails - they were ok. Ordered salads - they came with incorrect dressings. Took food over an hour to receive from the time we were seated & to top it off the girl bringing our food served it to the couple in front of us that had already received their food then served it to us. When I confronted her - the comment made was “but they never touched it! “ Totally unbelievable!!! We should have rejected it & sent back. Food tasted alright. Will never be back!!!!

We had a reservation and were seated in timely fashion. However since it was a holiday, the restaurant was full, and that made the kitchen service slower than it should have been. The full restaurant also seemed to indicate that the kitchen and wait staff were somewhat shorthanded. Overall it was a good experience since the food for both myself and my wife was good.

Reservation was made for 7:15 wasn’t seated until about 8. There were several people around us who had come after us were seated and eating before we were waited on. Our food then took roughly 45 minutes to get to our table. Credit card machine was down and we had to sign a paper copy and as of 2/21 we were double charged with one charge pending so I can’t dispute it. I understand it was busy but the quality of the food was not good either.

Service was super slow. The fully loaded baked potatoes barely had anything on them. Not a great experience for our first time. We were sat in the very back corner where there was no light.

The food was excellent as always, but the noise was a bit much. With an open ceiling and brick walls, there was no where the music (live) could land. Hard to carry on a conversation with our guests. Server was excellent.

Food was not very good for the price that it was. Expected amazing texture and flavor. Chicken was chewy and under seasoned. Husbands burger was overcooked by a lot. Drinks were not refilled. An hour from place if our order we finally had our food. We had reservations and our table was placed right in front of the speakers for the music and we couldn’t not communicate unless singer was on his break. I had to use the restroom and the floor in the stall was covered in water almost causing me to fall. I did tell a server but not sure anything was done about it. She didn’t seem to care when I told her.
