Nestled in the rolling hills and lush landscape of Okanagan Falls at the south end of Skaha Lake, a twenty-minute drive south of Penticton, the Restaurant at Liquidity Wines reflects sustainable destination dining in the heart of our vineyards. Our connection to rugged terrain, mineral-rich glacial bench land, and the lake effect is tangible through the wines, dishes and ambiance. Each course is carefully curated by Chef Joshua Mueller, a culinary leader who trained in the kitchens of some of British Columbia's most inspired restaurants.

Allow us to take you on a multi-sensory exploration of estate-grown wines paired with in-season fare in this wine-paired experience created in concert with the land.

I had been there before for lunch and it was exceptional. This time however we waited a very long time for our main course and desert. Our friends at the table next to us started their appetizers after us but then their mains were cleared before we even received ours. The chicken was excellent, but we get the gnocchi was just ok. A little bland. Then we received our wine for dessert but had to ask a server assistant why we still hadn’t received them. Our table was booked for 12:15. We arrived slightly early but still didn’t get out of there until after 2:15. The restaurant that day was steady but not overly busy in my opinion. Just not the best experience this time around.

Ordered beet cured Salmon, no salmon found, or any salmon flavor in the beet mousse. Smoked Cod, no smoked flavour in a tiny tiny piece in forgettable sauce. Gnocchi didn't have a nice flavour. A very expensive lunch with very poor food. The best thing that was on the menu was the crusted chicken (small portion). Bread was served with over salted coconut butter. Definitely disappointed and won't be back.

We had a very enjoyable lunch experience. The attention to detail from the greeting with a 2021 Chardonnay to the packing of our half case order was 1st class. The food presentation & service was impeccable. We already look forward to a return visit.

The restaurant at Liquidity has provided me with two of the best meals I’ve ever had in a restaurant! Their service is impeccable, wines are delightful, and the food and pairings are exquisite. Truly worth the drive. An absolute must for a wine tour if you are looking for a great meal in a stunning setting.

This was my first visit to Liquidity even though I've been enjoying their wines for years. The winery/restaurant is modern, chic and elegant. We enjoyed a wine tasting and a late lunch on the patio. The Views are stunning. We ordered the 3 course meal, paired perfectly with wine. The plates are the creation of Chef Josh Mueller. The food is elevated both in creativity of flavors and visually appealing plating. A great team of staff. Thank you! See you again soon. Nancy JD

Unique flavours and wine pairings over three courses. One of our table is a pescaterian and has celiac disease. They accommodated her flawlessly.
