The ambience was lovely. The service was fine…not spectacular but fine. The halibut was dry and fishy tasting. The chef’s pasta was delicious. The wine was very nice. Quite expensive for average food. We told the waiter the halibut wasn’t very good. He apologized but there was no offer to remake, exchange or discount.

Excellent food. Top-level service. Our table of four had the halibut, chicken marsala, scallops, and prime rib. All were not only delicious and cooked correctly, but the presentations were impressive. We will be back.

Always consistently good with professional and attentive service. A broad ranging menu with items to please the most sophisticated pallet to the most particular kiddo. While it is the only fine dining restaurant at the Tamarack Resort, a family could dine here for a full week and not tire of the menu.

Steak was a little over cooked which made it more chewy.

It's sad to spend $300+ on dinner and the best thing you had were the brussels sprouts. The steak was extremely dry as if it had been soaked in water. I would liken it to licking a 2 x 4. The crème brûlée was a glorified, vanilla pudding, very runny, and the sugar topping was barely torched enough to give it a hint of color here and there. The service was quick, but somewhat offputting, like they were looking down their nose at us and had better things to do then take our order. I will not be going back. I had better food and service in mccall at salmon river brewery. Great food and great service.

Comfortable and casual. The wait staff were very attentive without being intrusive. Amazing food for a ski resort setting. I highly recommend them.
