The Reserve Culinary Tavern is situated in the heart of South Lubbock, surrounded by your favorite shops and neighborhoods. Whether you’re stopping by for happy hour with friends or a date night dinner, our menu has something for everyone. With our expansive bar menu and skilled bartenders, you can enjoy your favorite specialty cocktail with your choice of liquor, or grab craft beer from our large selection of beer on tap. Don’t miss out on Willie’s Pie of the Day, and if you want more than a slice, you can always buy a whole pie.
We aim to provide great food, cold drinks and wonderful service every time you visit us. We are locally owned and operated and our tavern reflects that: we feature local products on our food menu, local beers on draft, and you can always catch a Texas Tech game at the Reserve. Busy day, Mothers Day! No coffee beans! Food was good…..service fair! Ordered coffee and cream, cream was placed on the table in a quart carton….no coffee refills. Ran out of coffee……would try again at a not so busy time.

It is Tech’s graduation weekend so every place in Lubbock is super busy. Our table was ready at the reserved time. Our waiter was not the most attentive or personable. We had 3 of 7 orders incorrect. He said he would take care of the one issue he was told about and never did (incorrect side item). The other two items we just didn’t have time to have them fixed. Instructions were not followed on a burger and a pulled pork sandwich. We waited 45 minutes for our food. I have been here before so I was excited to bring my family and friends and I was a little embarrassed that the mistakes were for my parents and the graduate that we had the lunch in honor of. The pizza and blackened salmon Caesar salad were both good though. They also season their fries perfectly! We also loved that the place doesn’t crowd tables together and the noise level is good as both of my parents have hearing issues. I will come back for the food, but at a less busy time.

We were seated semi quickly with our reservations but we did have to wait for food for a long time…. However it was late, Friday night. And graduation night on top of that. The food was amazing and that’s what matters. Service was good too- sweet young waitress with a kind personality. All in all it was a great experience.

Very accommodating, especially considering graduation weekend and we were late for our reservation. Food was delicious, chicken fried bacon is a must. I wish I could remember the waitress’ name because she was so great! A perfect casual bite in Lubbock.

Great bacon with waffle batter! I liked that the fruit bowl was strawberries, pineapple and blueberries. But don’t like the bowls you get mostly filled with honeydew at other restaurants. My only complaint is they did not have decaf coffee so I only drank water.
