Located in the heart of Denver, The Regular brings an elegant and approachable concept to the city.

Chef Brian De Souza and Syd Younggreen arrive to the scene with an innovative a la carte menu with influences from their experiences throughout the world. You can find menu items like Peruvian-inspired tapas, ceviche, tartare, and locally-sourced Lazy Acre beef.

The menu is complemented by a refreshing craft cocktail selection and impressive wine list curated by our beverage director, Bruce Martin Polack. Our Happy Hour offerings include $10 select wines and draft beer, spritzes, and sangria.

I took my fiancé there for her birthday. The staff at the restaurant went above and beyond to provide fantastic service. Our waitress Caitlyn was outstanding with her knowledge of the menu and specials, giving excellent recommendations. The food was sensational, I ate numerous things there that rivaled the best bites of food I have had. I would recommend the CEVICHE CARRETILLERO and the GRILLED CHOCLO both were excellent. If you are looking for a top tier dining experience I cannot recommend this enough

We had guest in town from Los Angeles and decided to try The Regular, they were absolutely blown away! The world class service and ambience are worth the trip alone, not to mention the chef is very creative and delivering some best dishes we’ve had in Denver! Duck, Chupe and the Seabass… Wow! This place is an absolute joy!!

Incredible food, Cam was one of the best servers we've ever had. It was an amazing experience and the level of detail for every bit of the time we were there was next level. If I could've paid more for the everything I would've.

My Husband and I came here for a date night and absolutely loved it! From the food to the diner experience, we have yet to have such an amazing experience anywhere else. Kudos to the entire team.

Fantastic experience all around. Food was amazing-the Chupa was a highlight and the “Sphere” dessert was a great ending. Maybe even better than the food was the service-just very warm and welcoming. Great anniversary meal. Thank you!

The Regular was a nice quiet place for a romantic evening. The waiter was super nice and attentive. We celebrated my birthday and the staff had a nice little card waiting for me. The food was spectacular! You get a bit of it and the flavors are on point. I had the sphere cake for my birthday dessert, and it was mouth watering, melt in your mouth delishiness. Highly recommend.
