For reservations of parties of 11 guests or more, please contact the venue directly at info.brentwood@therecroom.com. We kindly request our guests refrain from making multiple reservations for a single large party. While we will do our best to accommodate large groups, we cannot guarantee multiple reservations will be seated together.

Minors: We are a 19+ facility. Anyone under the age of 19 must have their parent or responsible adult/guardian present, no exceptions, and will only be permitted until 10:00pm

Food was ok but the service was super slow and we had to pay for an automatic 18% gratuity as we had a party of over 8 people. We did not like the fact we had to pay the auto gratuity for a lack of service. We ended up getting our drinks from the bar because our server was nowhere to be found for over 20 minutes. I understand that it was busy but the establishment should make better arrangements for staffing levels.

I was extremely disappointed with the service. We were a party of 8 and the first ones there. There was no one else eating and 4 servers talking in the kitchen the entire time watching us and not once came to fill our drinks or clear our table. I stacked our own plates and moved them to the edge to be cleared and servers would walk by, look at the plates and not pick them up. On top of that 18% gratuity automatic included for service barely provided. Fun place. Failing service.

The service was very slow, there didn't seem to be enough servers Cobb salad didn't have a lot of flavor or dressing and the pear dip didn't come with enough pieces of bread so we had to eat it with just a spoon. Atmosphere was fun but food and service wasn't the best. Our server was nice but you can see them together in kitchen talking when u need them so we have to flag them over

Service at restaurant was super slow. We had to ask our server multiple times for items we had already requested. Please don’t get me wrong, our server was very nice and polite but the service in general was not up to par.

We went early on mothers day and it was quiet. Food was good. It's a fun place. We wanted to play archery but 3 out of 5 of us had open toed shoes. You need closed toed shoes to play so we just played other games. Overall it was fun. We will go again. We really wanted to try the donut sundae but we were too full so we will ge back.

Table next to us had screaming kids manager tried to quiet them down (we had kids too but don’t allowed shreaking), service was slow and they forgot the egg on my burger and instead i’m taking it back and having it made properly they just brought me a half cooked egg on a plate a few minutes later services quite slow, but they were certainly lovely and the food tasted very good

Was really happy they managed to get a table of 16 of us in with only 4 days notice. Positives: - Nice table, not too loud at the start until DJ got going - Food was reasonably priced, some meals were lovely. - The games were fun and not major wait times considering Friday Negatives: - Waitress while she was very friendly, was VERY slow - this could be a staffing issue and not her fault, but they had 6 people polishing cutlery right next to us and there was only 2 other tables in our section, if she's that swamped surely someone could have helped her. For context, our table was sat down for almost 3 hours, some of us only got 1 drink in that time. Took an hour to get paid at the end so we could go play games. - Some of the food was very poor, cold and like they had left it out while waiting on others. Overall, I'd give us a 3/5, we had fun and that's the main thing but definitely work on the service (specifically getting that girl some help if she is being overrun, it's possible she had more tables that we couldn't see). It's important to note she WAS very friendly still.

2024/04/09 edit: I wanted to provide an edit to the below. After this review, Brandon from Rec Room contacted me and immediately worked to rectify the situation. I am incredibly pleased with the response to this review and the diligence of the Rec Room team to turn this situation around. 2024/04/01 Very disappointed with the overall service. I originally had a reservation booked for 10 people at 7 pm and when I tried to add two people, I was told that they were too busy and I would have to move the whole reservation to 8:30, which I did. When we showed up to our reservation at 8:30, the table wasn’t ready and we had to stand around and wait despite the restaurant not being busy (there were a lot of empty tables). Then, when we finally sat down and gave our orders it took nearly 30 minutes for the drinks to come and 45-1 hour for the food. On top of that, the food came at widely different times (10-15 minutes between when some people’s food was coming). They said they were doing that make sure we got our food fresh, yet multiple people had cold food when it was finally brought it out. It took so long to get the food for some people to get their food that they didn’t get their food before they had a spot at archery at 9:30 (that’s an hour after we showed up for our reservation). All in all, it was disappointing considering rec room was unwilling to let us add 2 people at 7 pm, just for us to accommodate them at a different time and get abysmal service.

Greeted at the door and told that my party of 6 had a 1 1/2 hour max time on our booking (which wasn’t going to be realistic). I don’t recall this being mentioned at the time of booking. Thankfully it wasn’t enforced since we were there for ~2 hours.
