Bienvenue au RANCH Restaurant & Saloon ! D'une superficie de 1 850 m², l'établissement propose un endroit où manger, danser et vous amuser. Concoctés de A à Z, les plats sont élaborés avec des ingrédients de première qualité, afin de rendre compte du style rustique d'une région viticole et des meilleures saveurs de la ferme. La carte des vins de qualité comprend un choix d'étiquettes des grandes régions viticoles du monde, servies dans une atmosphère chaleureuse et sans prétention. Après le dîner, vous pourrez vous rendre au bar juste à côté, pour une soirée dansante de country. Vous aurez la possibilité de consulter le calendrier du bar, afin de découvrir quel groupe se produira au RANCH.     JP (host) really went above and beyond with his customer service, explaining the specials, and touching the table even after we were sat. My whole party felt like he set the tone of The Ranch even before we met our server (who was also amazing)

    This was probably the best waiter we've ever had. Describing the different dishes, his recommendations, good pairing, and answering all out questions. The food was excellent too.

    Yea the waiter we had had a poor attitude. I’d check him. The ranch experience I am used to was hindered by his poor and arrogant attitude. Should’ve asked to switch waiters. Won’t be coming back for a while.

    It was a very bad experience on this reservation. There's a $25 fee to make a reservation. Unfortunately, on the way to the restaurant, a family emergency came up. I called the restaurant and BEGGED and PLEADED to please not charge my card for the $25 a person fee and just move my reservation the next day. I explained that I'm in a middle of an emergency, even offered proof from ER, but they are heartless. They will charge the card if I do not show up. Heartless! I begged! I just couldn't believe that they cannot make an exception. Not wanting to pay the fees to The Ranch for a no show, I asked a family member to attend with the rest of my party and honor my booking so I don't lose out on this fee. I had the same scenario with Lawry's back in March. I made a mistake and didn't change the date to April 6 for a party of 6. I called Lawry's stating I made a mistake. I meant to make the reservation for April 6, and they accommodated and moved my reservation. This is also a same day booking, less than 24 hour noticed. I got a text reminder of my reservation and that's when I figured I made a same day reservation by mistake. OpenTable and Lawry's can collaborate this from my reservation history. I'd given this a few days before I write this review thinking I'd feel better about it afterwards, but it still feels the same - just so HEARTLESS! To two gentlemen that I spoke with that evening, you know how much I begged. It's my hard earned money, I intended to honor my reservation, but ? wow! Just WOW. Unbelievably heartless.
