Steak was absolutely amazing. Disappointed in customer service. Requested reservations to be moved up 30 minutes from 7 PM to 630 and they refuse to accommodate despite the fact that the restaurant was half empty

JP (host) really went above and beyond with his customer service, explaining the specials, and touching the table even after we were sat. My whole party felt like he set the tone of The Ranch even before we met our server (who was also amazing)

This was probably the best waiter we've ever had. Describing the different dishes, his recommendations, good pairing, and answering all out questions. The food was excellent too.

Yea the waiter we had had a poor attitude. I’d check him. The ranch experience I am used to was hindered by his poor and arrogant attitude. Should’ve asked to switch waiters. Won’t be coming back for a while.

It was a very bad experience on this reservation. There's a $25 fee to make a reservation. Unfortunately, on the way to the restaurant, a family emergency came up. I called the restaurant and BEGGED and PLEADED to please not charge my card for the $25 a person fee and just move my reservation the next day. I explained that I'm in a middle of an emergency, even offered proof from ER, but they are heartless. They will charge the card if I do not show up. Heartless! I begged! I just couldn't believe that they cannot make an exception. Not wanting to pay the fees to The Ranch for a no show, I asked a family member to attend with the rest of my party and honor my booking so I don't lose out on this fee. I had the same scenario with Lawry's back in March. I made a mistake and didn't change the date to April 6 for a party of 6. I called Lawry's stating I made a mistake. I meant to make the reservation for April 6, and they accommodated and moved my reservation. This is also a same day booking, less than 24 hour noticed. I got a text reminder of my reservation and that's when I figured I made a same day reservation by mistake. OpenTable and Lawry's can collaborate this from my reservation history. I'd given this a few days before I write this review thinking I'd feel better about it afterwards, but it still feels the same - just so HEARTLESS! To two gentlemen that I spoke with that evening, you know how much I begged. It's my hard earned money, I intended to honor my reservation, but ? wow! Just WOW. Unbelievably heartless.

My husband and I went for a date night/late birthday dinner and we couldn’t have been happier with our visit. Our server was amazing and soo attentive, friendly and a true delight!! We are redoing our backyard and love their woodwork and asked to take a photo. Not only were we allowed to do so but the manager came over and told us all about the details of the wood and said to take as many pics as we would like. Highly recommend this place to whomever wants to have a truly wonderful dinner. Felt like royalty!!

Great experience. Food was phenomenal! We had the bone marrow filet and seabass. The ceviche starter was delicious and the Now You see me drink was a great tequila choice. We ordered quite a few things and not one was disappointing. We will def be returning.

Great food and elegant service. Understandavle pricing Will definitely come back for special occasion. But one thing, restaurants have a weird smell maybe from what they are cooking.

We were seated outside and the waiter brought out the salad and food together, which was steak, Mac and cheese, and mashed potatoes. By the time we were done with our salad, everything else was cold. Should have waited until done with our salads.

Had a great time here went for my son‘s birthday service was excellent. Food was delicious. Everything was wonderful. Going back tonight for my boyfriend’s birthday. Definitely recommend this restaurant.

I was there for my birthday and the front desk staff accommodated an earlier reservation. I was underwhelmed by the flavors of the food. The duck meatballs had flavor but they reminded me of Costco meatballs. The steak fries I had with my delmonaco were crispy and the steak itself was flavorful for a few bites. The second side for my girlfriends delmonaco of lobster macaroni and cheese was fairly good. Overall, I was anticipated multiple flavorful wins with multiple points of the dinner and unfortunately it was not delivered.

We reserved for an outside table and choose a early time to ensure it wouldn’t be a problem. Somehow they ran out of outside space which I didn’t believe because the restaurant opened at 5pm and our reservation was for 5:15pm, yet, they had no more outdoor space. That ruined the whole evening. I felt discriminated against so I won’t be returning.

Been to the Ranch multiple times and as always the food, drinks and service does not disappoint. From the appetizers, salad, entrees, dessert and drinks everything is top notch. Besides everything being excellent all around this time our server Joe stood out the most and made our anniversary dinner that much more special. He went above and beyond to make sure our food and drinks came out as perfect as it could be. Will definitely be back and hopefully we will be able to request Joe as our server again.

Delicious food, and great atmosphere, The Ranch is an ideal location for a business meal. Monday-Wednesday is peaceful. For extra excitement go Thur-Sat and visit The Saloon next-door. For food we had the duck meatballs with pesto pasta, yummy. The pecan pie dessert is different then a normal pecan pie, but amazing. Main course was Prime Rib and New York steak. I would say the meat at The Ranch is better then Mastro's, Ruth's Chris', and many other steak houses. Enjoy

After years of frequenting numerous fine dining establishments, it pains me to mention that I recently encountered one of the most disappointing fine dining experiences. The root of the cause was due to poor service rendered by our server, Rito. Numerous issues tainted our evening, but it stemmed from the beginning of the night with his discontent when we opted against purchasing an expensive wine he recommended. Initially, we sought Rito's guidance in selecting a bottle of wine, to which he proposed a specific brand of Cabernet. While initially agreeing, we requested to know the price beforehand. Learning that the bottle cost a $300, beyond what we wanted to spend, we politely asked if he can introduce alternatives wines in the $100+ range. He later brought out wine by the glass, disregarding our initial request for a bottle. Furthermore, he failed to ask about our steak preferences, resulting in the steak being served rarer than desired. We overlooked this issue as the steak still turned out nicely. However, as we settled our bill, Rito incessantly rushed us, repeatedly interrupting to collect our credit card signature. When we confronted him, he defended his actions by citing that we may dine-and-dash, despite our bill having already been settled. It was evident that Rito was eager to have us leave so he can seat other guests who can pay more, despite us already spending $400 for a party of three. His conduct is completely unacceptable for a fine dining restaurant at this stature.

We really enjoyed our dinner at The Ranch. We celebrated a birthday and were very happy with our outing. We each had a glass of wine. We shared the BLT Wedge Salad, each had the delicious Prime Rib from the Farm Menu, which comes with tasty scalloped potatoes and au jus and creamed horseradish. We also ordered the creamed corn, which is so good. The bread basket is dangerous, consisting of at least six different kinds of fresh baked rolls. We ordered Pecan Pie and ice cream to share for dessert, however the restaurant also gave us a complimentary birthday Creme Brûlée, which was so very creamy. Both desserts were outstanding. Our waiter was from Louisiana and was charming. He knew the menu very well. The other staff were friendly and efficient. There was a mixup on the salad course, but it was quickly remedied once we pointed it out. This restaurant is not inexpensive, but was so worth going to for an outstanding meal.
