L'équipe de Blackbird vs Avec font hommage à la bière, au porc et au poisson. Le chef exécutif Paul Kahan et Chef de Cuisine Cosmo Goss ont développé un réseau de vendeurs pour approvisionner le restaurant, de poisson et fruits de mer élevés conformément à des pratiques de pêches durables ainsi que du porc élevé plein air pour le menu rustique de cuisine simple et varié.     I will never not recommend The Publican to anyone. To me, the restaurant feels like a family gathering where all are welcome. And you’re in for some incredible food and drinks. The staff is incredible and very welcoming/accommodating/engaging which adds to that feeling of “I belong here”. 100/10.

    We did the Chef's Menu and WOW did they bring out some stunners. We're still talking about the incredible branzino. HUGE thanks to the Publican for a memorable night

    The publican is a wonderful restaurant. The pork rinds and the chicken are always a hit. The carrots and broccolini are also well done.

    fab happy hour deals on their lovely patio - we really enjoyed the martinis and oysters, and the fries! service was great and a perfect way to spend an afternoon

    Mediocre food and a great server. Ambience noisy , too touristy and food was okay but oversauced and too salty

    The food was great. I think because it was Mother’s Day they were swamped and our food didn’t come out and was still on the check. I think being on top of those things is table stakes.
