As always, the Proper can’t be beat for excellent food nice ambience and good cocktails. Great place to go and meet your friends.

The menu is interesting and the drinks are yummy. I love the miso salmon. The atmosphere is cute and welcoming and the staff do a nice job taking care of you. The one drawback is that they close pretty early which makes it challenging if you want to visit and chat.

We were in the mood for bar food and The Proper hit the spot. Excellent Old Fashioneds and delightful happy hour treats. Brussels sprouts were so good we ordered one more to take home. Curry hummus dip devilled eggs were tasty and attractively presented. Nice mellow guests at the bar. We'll be back.

my friends and I go to the Proper about three times a month during the happy hour. It is a lovely place to meet and greet friends and enjoy a nice burger and a glass of wine. Thank you.

I really like this place. The food and a great atmosphere make it special. You know those days when you just need a reliable meal, no fuss, but worth the trip and $$. This is it.

We really wanted to like this place, but the noise level was beyond anything I’ve ever experienced before in a restaurant or bar. It was absolutely annoying and completely ruined our meal. The owners seriously need to address the acoustics of their business. We will NOT be back. On a separate note, the physical ambiance is nice and our server Jose did a great job.

Excellent venue, great vibe, delicious and hearty meals, great drins, awesome service. Our waiter was very accommodating, professional and friendly. Glad to be back and will return soon!

the acoustics are bad, the noise was too much, you have to lean forward to hear and be understood. The choice of music exacerbated the noise.

We had a great waiter taking care of us - Connor. He was very attentive and really easy to work with since we had a larger party and were doing something more casual like drinks and appetizers. Diego help set us up for success and it was a great time had by all.
