What am amazing expierence! The Mac and cheese was the best we've ever had! The shrimp was perfect as well. So cool to eat luck on the historic Queen Mary!

Spontaneous outing. Booked a dining , received the complementary boat visit. Walked around imagined what it would like to be on the ship in full glory , went to are beautiful lunch with raving Caesar salad probably the best clam chowder I’ve ever had & artichoke dip. Definitely will be back!!

It was not just a meal to celebrate Mother's Day, but an experience being on the Queen Mary in the restraunt room with all of it history The FOOD WAS EXCELLENT. the AMBIANCE WAS GREAT. The SERVICE WAS EXCELENT. The PRICE WAS VERY GOOD ALL THINGS CONSIDERING.

We ate here for breakfast, lunch and dinner at various times during our 4 day stay. The food was well prepared, and delicious. The staff was well trained, polite, and cheerful. Perhaps some had cruise ship training as they had the aura about them. We were attending a conference which flooded the eating facilities at certain times. Even with reservations, there was a wait time to be seated but we understood the problem. A nice view, a positive experience.

Did not like food at all. Fries, chicken finger, calamari were greasy and also over fried. Burger was decent not great. Ambiance decent not great. $75 for burger, appetizer, kids meal, with tax and tip. Manager and hostess were very polite.

We enjoyed the ambience and appreciated the fact that it was peaceful. LOVED the 1940's music that was gently playing in the background. We would like to see more moderately priced choices on the menu. Maybe add the selection of a pasta that's not all "fancied up". A simple and traditional bolognese, spaghetti or lasagna. I think they would appeal to a wide range of diners.

My husband found an A-1 Sauce LABEL in his soup! We were surprised that no compensation was offered, and especially that the server didn’t even offer any apology on behalf of the restaurant. Really?? Very disappointing - resulting in the very less-than-our-usually generous tip. I hope she at least learns a lesson about caring for her customers’ feelings if not their health and safety. I regret not having taken a picture of the label to post here.

Convenient location (there is nothing else around), menu selection is good and pricing is fair. Love the retro vibe, it's like stepping back in time. Great views too.

We were surprised on a Wednesday morning to be given the only option of a buffet. I got really excited and my expectations were quickly dashed, I was disappointed. It seemed like your typical Oxford inn Hotel breakfast: little choice and everything in heated trays.

When we arrived, we were sat at the table and told that there was only a buffet that day. They no longer have the full menu listed on Open Table. The buffet was nothing more than a typical hotel buffet with eggs, bacon, pancakes, and an omelette station. We did not want those options, so we ended up leaving and dining elsewhere.

I did not expect for it to be a breakfast buffet, so if you’re thinking about going, go for the view and have a cup of juice. Explore the Queen Mary and all of the artifacts but don’t go for food. The pancakes were edible, but other than that I would pass.

Great view over the harbor and downtown Long Beach from the historic Queen Mary. Great variety on the menu that made it hard to choose, I went for the fish and chips which were delicious. Service was excellent

I hope the Queen Mary is on the rise! It’s an amazing place and we wanted to love The Promenade. Service was poor, food was ok and a little cold, drinks took a lot of time to get, salads weren’t brought before the meal, sides were forgotten, the chef forgot to order prime rib for the beef dip sandwiches, bathrooms needed attention -Lots of work to do to improve. We are rooting for the Queen to succeed and we hope to give the restaurants another try.

Food was so good. Fresh and well made. the prime rib French dip was yummy and the horseradish sauce was creamy and not too strong. The chicken tenders were made from scratch and crunchy on the out side but still juicy. The Mac and cheese was to die for. We had our drinks refilled every time they got half way down. I highly recommend dinning with them next time you’re at the queen mary. Service and food were both top notch.

Megan was a VERY nice wait person. We had fun and was glad to be at her table. Great personality, gave helpful ideas on the menu, and generally was top notch. We went on to the bar and Christian was also a very personable and friendly server.

The restaurant was not too busy, but the service was slow. They were out of several items. We had to wait a long time for food and then, especially, for dessert. They charge enough that you should be able to expect better. Your choices for dining are very limited, so they have you at a disadvantage.

Overpriced food same quality as Denny's. You have to pay $10 for parking. Food took an hour to come out but nobody was even there.

My family enjoyed our dinner.. fun to walk around the Queen Mary. The food was really good-nice portions! The waitress was so nice and attentive-Mary Jane:) it took a long time for our dessert to arrive but still good experience.

Even with reservations, we were seated late due to the kitchen staff being “unable to keep up with orders due to a kitchen sharing issues with a neighboring restaurant”. After being seated nearly 30mins late, the food took just as long. Many menu items were not available. Being that we were limited to either the snacks we brought from home or the restaurants on board, it was not worth the wait or expense eating on board. My steak was cooked wrong; I ordered it medium well and it came to the table extremely rare, almost raw. The waitress offered to have it “recooked” but it came back smelling awful and looking microwaved, after yet another long wait to “fix” it. We could also hear literally everything the table behind us was saying; and it was seated twice during our dining experience. The table behind us was so loud I didn’t even realize the restaurant had music playing over the speakers. Great view, awful experience. We made the best of it, but never again…

We arrived and they seated us early at a window table as requested. Our server appeared and gave us menus. There is a nice variety of food at very reasonable prices. We ordered a bottle of wine and it was over 20 minutes before we saw our server again. Apologized and said they didn't have the wine in the closest bar so had to go somewhere else on the ship. Seemed odd. The ambiance, music, and food were terrific. I would definitely return but they need more staff. As we left, they told a party of 4 it would be 15-20 minutes to be seated because there was only one server on duty.

I was super excited for this experience as my family came to this country on the Queen Mary. When we arrived there was some confusion about finding our OpenTable reservation so we were not seated until maybe 15 minutes after our reservation time. Then there was additional confusion as to which waiter was to serve us, so no one did until we flagged someone down. The food was good but nothing to write home about. Once we had a waitress, the service was good and friendly. Lovely view of the lighthouse, water, and even a special rainbow. I enjoyed the few minutes my kids allowed me to explore the ship. I liked the historic photos that line the walls of the restaurant. Wish we had more time to enjoy.

Was all you can eat but the service was so amazing and attentive. Mimosas were great and food was tasty. I can’t wait to go back.

I ordered a appetizer and they took a long time then brought it with one of our meals. I advised them to take the meal back until we finish our appetizer. Then they only brought out my girlfriends dinner and forgot to tell the kitchen about my meal. I waited 45 minutes before they finally gave me my meal and I told the waiter to take it back to the kitchen, it's way to late to serve me now. At the beginning, I advised the waiter that it's my girlfriends birthday, so the waiter said 3 times that she will get a complimentary piece of cheese cake. When the bill came, the waiter charged me for the cheese cake, I told her I'm not paying for that. She brought me a new bill with that charge taken off. There were onlyb3 couples in the whole restaurant and yet they screwed it all up and I didn't even get to eat. I'll never come back here again.

It was great to eat on board the queen mary! The kids loved it and the food was fantastic!

I made a reservation for 14 for my daughter's 18th birthday. I couldn't do it on Open Table because the party size was too big. I tried calling the restaurant, but no one ever picked up the phone. So I made 2 reservations online with a note that it's for a party of 14 total. They got it!!! And seated the party towards the back right next to the window. It was beautiful. Servers were so nice and attentive. Food was expensive (as all restaurants are now,) but the food was delicious.

Great food, even better service! Megan was friendly, kind and great with checking in on us even though they were a little light staffed. Decor is a little outdated but didn’t affect the experience. Taste of the food and presentation were spot on!
