Our entire experience was wonderful. We were greeted warmly and our service was excellent- thank you Felipe. We loved the lobster tacos. We look forward to our next visit.

We planned this dinner for my son and his girlfriend’s anniversary and the team went above and beyond to make it special! They had a wonderful experience and we’ll be back!

Have come in from Scottsdale many times. This time to meet a local friend who has never been. Coffee order forgotten, 2 of the 3 brunch orders arrived. One fjnally did when the other 2 were finished. The order that arrived late, wasnt correct. I dont complain or make a scene when i am out. I was surprised they didnt take the very late meal off the tab, or the forgotten coffee. $220 for that experience is unacceptable. Last time we will visit the Pony Room -

The Pony Room is one of the best restaurants in Rancho Santa Fe. You always have both good food and service. My group enjoyed their dinner and the company. If you have not tried The Pony Room, give it a visit.

I wanted to take my out of town friend to some place special, so i took her to the Pony Room. She was so impressed with the beauty of the grounds, the kind people that work there, and the delicious lunch we had. She’s even planning a stay there very soon

Very diverse menu with lots of suprises, such as the lobster tacos and lamb lollipops. Order a unique cocktail off their specials. No dissapointments here. No rush dining and impecable service. Weekday specials that appeal to everyone such as dover sole, fried chicken, and succulant steaks to order. A must restauarnt for foodies!

My cheeseburger was ordered “well done and no pink” and even though it was cut in half, it arrived pink and I had to wait for another one to be made.

This place is so much fun! Casual, but elegant at the same time. We went on a Saturday night and the vibe was perfect. Service was attentive but not overly pushy. The food was amazing - I had a filet which was probably the best I’ve ever had. My husband had the halibut which was also outstanding. A friend had the burger which was top notch. Even the cocktails were comfortable, but just a little bit unique. It’s a little pricey, but the resort is so beautiful that we will definitely be back. I bet brunch at this place is amazing !

The Hostess with Highlights in her hair was very rude and unwelcoming. We have been Frequenting this establishment for avery long time.

The food was outstanding and not unreasonably priced. Our server was attentive and very helpful in explaining the menu. My requested table was honored. We had a delightful evening celebrating with friends on their 50th wedding anniversary.

We celebrated my husband’s bday at this beautiful restaurant. Loved the food-swordfish skewers, Brussels sprouts, and crab cakes were some of our favorites. Service was excellent and really enjoyed the ambience. Highly recommend!

Fun busy restaurant on the resort grounds. The service is wonderful and food delicious. The sitting bar is busy so go early for dinner. A reservation is highly recommended.

We visited the Pony Room last month on Valentine Day and it was excellent, this time it was mediocre at best. The fish was was bland with almost no test. The service was ok but not great. It was a disappointing experience.

Our waiter was amazing, he gave great recommendations on the food. Made us feel comfortable. And the birthday candle and dessert was a nice touch. Will definitely come back.

You get what you pay for. Wonderful food and atmosphere and terrific service from our waiter Chris. We had a 3 hour dinner and it seemed like 10 minutes. We’ll be back, of course!

This is the second time we’ve gone for lunch recently and the service is all over the place. Our main server is not a good fit for the Pony Room. He doesn’t have the timing of service at a luxury restaurant. He either constantly interrupting or MIA. The young man who assist’s the sever is also out of his realm.

We had lunch on a recent Friday afternoon and although not busy the service was unbearably slow. I had to find the hostess to ask her to get our waiter to take the order after waiting 25 minutes. We had the sliders, fish sandwich and burger and we all thought each dish was way too salty. The ambiance is lovely, so if you have the time and aren’t picky this would be a fine option but I wouldn’t go out of my way to return

Pony Room was amazing as always. Enjoyed a long, relaxing lunch in the bar area with good friends from out of town who loved it. The seafood Louie salad with lobster and shrimp is just the best…

We had the carne asada tacos with chip and guacamole. Food quality was top notch and taste was perfect. Ordered cocktails and they were on point. This will be one of my favorite places going forward.

We went for Saturday night special, Prime Rib. Meat was not the same quality as we expected. Meat was very tough to cut & tough to chew. Not as good a co meal as we expected.
