Over priced and over rated. The kids menu is good value but a la carte was slow (but very pleasant) service, poorly cooked meat and expensive wine. 15 mins till we saw a wine list, 40 mins till we saw a menu (having had to ask for them when the drinks were served 25 mins after ordering). The three of us who had duck were disappointed the others who opted for steak were happy with them. For a destination restaurant like this not to take responsibility for providing gluten-free food beggars belief - what exactly does ‘low gluten’ mean? For those who have medical conditions that require no ingestion of gluten it isn’t very reassuring. It’s a long time sine I visited this restaurant and I think it will be a long time before I venture there again, unless I suddenly decide I have copious dollars and three hours to spare for dinner.

Sirloin steak was disappointing as muscle still attached and parts uneatable. Other meals including Duck and Fish were very good.

Visiting the restaurant was a good experience. The restaurant was very beautifully decorated and laid out. The staff were exceptionally helpful and nice. We loved that the restaurant revolved giving you 360 degree views, however dinner commenced from 6pm onwards which meant it was dark outside (in May) when you went to eat and so you couldn't really enjoying the revolving view at all. You could mainly locate the bridge, which was lit, but other locations and attractions were hard to make out. I know the restaurant doesn't control the sunset, but it would've been nice to open earlier during times like this so that those coming in for dinner get some benefit of the revolving view. Overall the food was nice however we did have some issues with the risotto rice not being cooked and under-seasoning of the main.

For a top tier restaurant the service isn't great. The food was prepared really nice and plenty of it but the only time you saw the staff was when they were placing meals or clearing the table. You were constantly chasing staff down when we wanted drinks and at the end of the service they didn't ask if we wanted coffee etc. Upon arrival we asked for the childrens menu and was told that the childrens menu didn't apply today and they got the same food just smaller portions. Upon asking the supervisor she immediately gave us the childrens menu after showing her what the website showed. The Venue has amazing views and food is great but unfortunately the service is really lacking

Mother’s Day lunch. 175/head. Wait staff clearly not experienced or well informed about the advert for this day. Had to ask for a wine list, waiter brought over the bill and asked us to get a calculator out to work out what we owed, and then as we left had to request the “gift” that the booking said all mothers would get - then only wanted to give one despite all of us being mothers… managed to coerce 2 and felt like a tight area for asking. it wasn’t high end service. That’s for sure. But the food was fabulous.
