I would love to go back if I lived closer! It is such an amazing experience and my friend said that it made her inner kid happy. You could see the harbor from the windows. You could also look out onto the community garden. 10/10 would recommend.

Perfect setting for a tea. The small, intimate setting was perfect, small rooms in a 100 year old house. Service was excellent. The staff explained the menu and when ready, we ordered. We were not rushed and even took food home with us. Will definitely come again when we are in Victoria.

The best thing on the tea plates were the scones. The sandwiches were very ordinary and the seafood was indiscernible as to exactly what it was. And, the tea was lukewarm at best. Not great value - at $60+ per person....

The entrance/seating was a bit chaotic, and disorganized. I think that could have been much smoother with some better communications. Some people next to us waited over an hour for their high tea, and we were done and paid and leaving and they hadn't got their food yet. Otherwise the service was friendly and good but I definitely think there is room for improvement.

Beautiful location and ambience. Service was outstanding as usual. The food is so good that maybe one more of each would be a bit more value for the price, but definitely not a complaint. Thank you for a wonderful breakfast.

A traditional tea in a lovely old mansion is even better when the food is delicious and the tea is high quality. It compares favorably with other traditional afternoon teas and is perhaps a little more reasonably priced. We thoroughly enjoyed it.

It was a nice ambiance for our group to celebrate a milestone birthday. The only thing is that I noted on the reservation that it was for my sister-in-law's 50th birthday so it would have been nice if they acknowledged, even to say "Happy Birthday" or something.

This was a fabulous high tea. I have celiac and let them know before hand I needed gluten free and no issues and the food was still great! Service was excellent!

It’s my first time to come here with my wife. She wanted to have an afternoon tea so I booked. At first we didn’t wait at my reservation time, so we have seats immediately. Also staffs are kind and warmly we had much fun to have a comfortable time. Also teas and foods are very good and very satisfied. We recommend if you consider any choices.

Party of 3x12 yr olds and 1 x 17 yr old females and 2 adults. The 17 yr old is a very picky eater and opted for the Children's menu as it had grilled cheese. Two adults had the west coast tea which had more savory seafood. Savory seafood was very delicious. The others had the regular afternoon tea. The teens were so-so on some of the desserts. The adults thought everything was great and plentiful. As a group of six we were seated at a large table which could accommodate 8 people. We were in an enclosed room with 2 other tables for 2 people.
