Un joyau capricieux qui demande un certain temps de préparation. Et ça vaut bien la peine d'attendre. The Pearl, le restaurant de Cameron Mitchell, est un bijou culinaire bien poli qui met en valeur une cuisine faite à la main, des cocktails d'inspiration classique et une sélection exclusive de bières variées. Le tout dans une taverne urbaine et confortable.     We chose The Pearl to celebrate our child’s high school graduation. It is a very nice restaurant. We had the bacon wrapped dates to start. While they were tiny, they were very tasty. For entrees we had the Cuban sandwich, the burger and the chicken and waffles. Every meal was very well done and a good portion. We took pie for dessert and it was delicious!

    We’ve been before and have had good meals, but this time was really poor. The Cuban had barely any meat, was overpowered by the cheese, and was generally flavorless. The short rib dinner was very salty and the portion was poor for the price. The potatoes and veggies were fair but didn’t help out the rib. The noise and therefore the server were very loud. Overall, very disappointed.

    Great brunch! Food was delicious and service was attentive. Sadly I forget our servers name but he did a great job

    We had a wonderful experience at the Pearl. Three of us went to dinner for Mother’s Day, and as such, it was quite busy. Service was a bit slow, but very attentive, and our server was both friendly and quite knowledgeable about the menu. The food was amazing. My wife had the short rib, which is becoming her regular entrée. Here, I had to catch of the day which was a seared tuna, and my mother had a halibut Mother’s Day special. All three of our desserts were amazing; cherry pie, brown sugar, butter, pie, and the Reese’s special. Overall great experience. Only criticism was that the music was quite loud and in an already busy restaurant, the room was at a “dull roar” the majority of the time.
