The Parkway American Grill, serving “American-fare” styled cuisine with a menu featuring our signature handcrafted burgers, steaks, Boston-style pan pizza, and a wide selection of appetizers, entrées, specialty salads, sandwiches and desserts prepared fresh daily using only the finest locally sourced ingredients.

Our beautiful new restaurant boasts a rustic industrial look with reclaimed wood and high ceilings. Our Red|Bar & Lounge area, will serve as a great hangout spot as you sip on one of our vast selection of 16 carefully selected beers on tap or a signature cocktail.

We welcome you to relax and enjoy a clean and family friendly atmosphere, while you take in the ambiance and aromas of our freshly prepared handcrafted entrées.

We had reservations for 7:00 and were seated at 6:55. We sat at our table until 7:15 and nobody ever came by to acknowledge us. Despite the manager standing at the end of the bar and several servers walking by us numerous times. We left without anybody even saying anything to us. The table that was seated next to us had the same experience. We won’t be back.

I wasn't sure what to expect when I booked this - was just looking for a nice restaurant in the area before we did a paint night event and found this one had availability. i had expected more of a steakhouse but this is not - it is a pizza place. Different vibe than I was looking for, but very nice for what it is. The food was very good. We split a cobb salad and got a PanZone - essentially a calzone on steroids. It was stuffed with chicken Parmesan, huge and delicious. Tip - the small is enough for 2 people to share with a salad, the large feeds a family. I would suggest asking for a side of sauce to go with it because it would have been perfect with a bit more. Service was very attentive. They had several screens with sports events playing , so good place to watch a game. Had a dog friendly patio.

I was concerned when we arrived there at prime dinner time to find only a few other tables occupied. I was further surprised when, of the 6 appetizers on the menu, we ordered one only to be told they were out of it, then an alternate choice instead to be told the same thing. Prime time on a Tuesday night. We almost left at that point, but decided to go ahead and order anyway. The food took over 30 minutes to arrive, again in a mostly empty restaurant. I did not punish the waitress and gave her a good tip anyway, as she told us it was her second day working there. However with the choices we have in the area, we do not plan on returning.

If you are looking for a burger and fries, this is the place to come. Live music was nice along with television screens everywhere to watch football. Our server forgot to place my son's order and it came out 30 minutes after we all received our food. The ahi tuna salad was horrific and the clam chowder was runny and incredibly salty. Again, if you are coming in for a quick beer and basic staples, it will suffice for a bite. However, this place is a one time visit for us. Unless they change chefs, I would not anticipate this restaurant staying open too long. The wait staff was very kid though and they certainly tried their very best.

Good service. Food not good. Hamburger was served rare though I requested medium. Three of six toppings were missing. Sent it back requesting all toppings and better cooked burger. Redone burger still rare. Husband’s pizza was fair. Server was good and took 20% off bill because of the error. Would likely not return.

Had a reservation, place was busy. Hostess was attentive and did her best to seat us near the bar. We waited 15 minutes and got no service. Two seats opened up at the bar, we moved there, the bartender was understaffed and over worked. She did her best to wait on us in the midst of trying to keep up with the orders. Our food came out in a decent time. For the price the food was just ok. They are in need of better service for big crowds, many of the staff seemed unhappy and disorganized.
