Service was not very good usually they bring bread to the table but I had to ask for it never brought me a refill I only had water the chicken parmesan was fair at best it didn’t come out hot as a matter of fact none of are food was hot they never brought are sides until about 5 minutes after we got are food not a good experience are sides were over cooked very dissatisfied I’m not sure that I will go back no manager ever came around to even ask us how everything was there are to many other restaurants in nyc that will make sure everything is right

Not as busy as usual, therefore quieter than normal. Caesar, our waiter was perfect. I tried their new A-5 Wagyu and it was great. The Palm is always on our list when we visit NYC

As we have before we thoroughly enjoyed The Palm West dining experience. It is a wonderful restaurant. The service was professional yet friendly. My wife loved her burger. My Gigi salad was fresh and delicious. Treat yourself to this experience!

Another wonderful dinner at the Palm. For appetizers, we both had the Barnstable oysters. Super fresh and delicious. I ordered the 16oz. NY Strip and a side order of mushrooms. Both of which were just perfect. My sister had the Shrimp Bruno which she thoroughly enjoyed. The desserts at the Palm are excellent but we’re watching our waistlines so we declined. Next time we’ll have dessert.

We were 10 women have a pre theatre lunch. They accommodated effortlessly separate checks food served in plenty of time to make our show. Great steak salad. Highly recommended

Great food and great service. Fairly expensive, but that is NYC. My hotel charged me $12 for a smartwater, so no different than what I expected, but better value at the Palm. 5 stars, highly recommend.

Superb food; outstanding service; but the high noise level was a real downer. Noisy patrons no doubt, but there needs to be more acoustic paneling.

Wonderful meal and service. Always consistent and a great dinner. Plenty to choose from and portions are large and shareable if you want. The wine list is abundant if not overpriced. The Palm is a must go and a classic NY steakhouse with more than just steaks and a memorable meal.
