Service was terrible, which is very unlike my past experiences. Terrible delay in getting drinks and food to the table timely. Waitress barely checked in on our table. Food was good when served, but just an underwhelming experience.. I am not one to complain, but the experience overall was disappointing unfortunately.

Not seated until 30 minutes after our reservation. Entire party was on time for the 1:30 reservation. Didn’t get bread until 30 minutes after seating and had to repeatedly ask for the bread.

We went for Mother’s Day and had to order from the dinner menu for a noon reservation. Servers were overbooked but she did a great job! Food was great, but next time communicate what the Mother’s Day menu is going to be!

We were in to celebrate a birthday and we had a great time. Matthew took great care of us. I would recommend the Palm & Matthew to everyone. Thanks for a great evening.

Went Mother’s Day weekend, they offered a limited menu, not their regular menu but to their credit we asked for some of our favorite and they were happy to make them 👍. Be advised this is a price resturant, two of us split and appetizer, salad and entree ( nothing exspencive) , no alcohol just water and the bill was $133.00 with out tip. That said it is still a classic .

Last night I had the best entree ever at The Palm - the exceptionally prepared sea bass entree from the menu and the accompanying fried risotto (think fried rice with a twist). Exceptional! We shared a well-prepared caesar and my husband’s filet and fries were perfect as well. The service was great, too.

Alston, our server, was great. Booth preference was accommodated. Alway dine at The Palms when in Nashville. Very convenient when staying at Hilton next door.

Ate at Bobs chop and Harry’s tin the last 2 weeks- thiis steak did but even touch theirs - it was gritty and tough- disappointing.

Ate here Easter night, dining area was dead. Service was outstanding but the food was not. Clam appetizer was excellent, meatball was fair….wedge salad was drown in dressing. Drinks - martini and Paloma were nicely prepared. 2 filets were not good, not tender more like a top sirloin….chewy-they were done to correct temperature. Lobster tail not so good, felt old. Broccoli was the shining star. All around worst $500 meal we can think of.

Was Easter Sunday so maybe not a great night. Nice place but a bit overrated for what we got. I will say I wasn’t 100% but table felt the same.

Great restaurant every time we go. Brian was a particularly good server last night. They were exceptionally busy but they took good care of us. Food was fantastic. If you like crab, you have to get a lump crab cocktail. It’s the best anywhere. Also the caramel NY style cheesecake with the orange zest in the homemade whipped cream was outstanding. When we go to Nashville, this is our go-to spot.

Old-school and classic, headed out to the Palm for dinner with guests. So glad they had to cancel at the last minute. Waiters refilling water glasses left a small puddle on the floor, and I slipped and fell returning from the restroom. Our appetizer and drinks came promptly, and we each ordered two crab cakes and a salad for dinner. There was a long delay, then just the crab cakes arrived, tasting slightly burned all around the edges. We never received our salads. Our waiter apologized and explained there was trouble in the kitchen, and gave us a complimentary dessert, but it was a very disappointing experience considering the prices we paid, and all of the great alternatives in town. Won’t be going back.

The Palm in Nashville provided excellent food and service. It also has a great location , just around the corner from Broadway and directly across from the Bridgestone Arena.

Another great meal at the Palm! Service is always outstanding and the food was very good. Highly recommend the lobster ravioli and salad wedge, but everything is fabulous.
