It was a lovely restaurant with a nice menu. We were a party of 7 and they include 20% gratuity. Fortunately we had a great server who was very attentive to the dietary needs of one of us. It would be a five star rating except the air conditioning needed to be lowered and granted it is FL on a hot afternoon. Plus, my husband had a long hair he pulled out of his sandwich! YUCK! Wear your hair back and in a net, restaurant 101. These things should not happen in a nice restaurant.

Food was excellent, portions were very generous. Service was awesome, really liked our server. The inside is so cool, very comfortable chairs, doesn't feel crammed at all with way tables are separated, and it's quiet inside even with a full restaurant. Highly recommend for special occasions or anytime, of course!

Made an anniversary reservation, got sat in the back near the kitchen even tho the restaurant was empty. Food was mid for the price.

I am uncertain if it was because it was a Sunday. We were seated. The hostess adv will let the waiter know we were there. We were walk past a few times then a waiter stop ask if we were taken care of and will get our waiter. About 5 min or so later the waiter came out to adv he was not notified of our presence. I sat in the bar area saw my wine sit at the bar ready for pick up and pass by my waiter 3x before brought to me. The food was good but can tell it sat at the window for pick up a bit before deliver. (Died in the window). Items were not brought out all at once. Just a very unattended. I went on Mother’s Day and if it was any other day I would have left. The restaurant truly was not all that busy as many walk in without reservations. Over all the staff is polite. The environment is one to experience. I am a local in the area but would simply say, I ate there it’s “alright”.

Waiter was great, food was undercooked for the salmon after being sent back twice. Outside of our waiter the staff seemed to lack service.

We dined at the Jailhouse for our son's college graduation. The food and service was excellent.
