Right on the water in the heart of Boston's Seaport with intimate dining rooms, two bars, & the city's best seasonal outdoor patio, the Nautilus Pier 4 (est. 2021) is one of Boston's few 'can't miss' restaurants. Built on the idea that "everything is better shared" the Nautilus brings it, plain & simple. The menu features a sort of ‘New England coastal seafood meets Asian haute street food’ vibe featuring small shared plates & larger feasts (think Peking inspired duck). Victim of its own success. Food was really good, servers did they best but the table was not ready, the waiting time was long and the noise was just too much.

Food was delicious and server was lovely. Only disappointing thing was I reserved patio dining and they didn’t seat us outside even though I asked. Weather was nice so that was not an issue and it looked like there were empty tables. We were instead put in a small corner table inside next to the door.

Loved Nautalis! Food was tapas style and so good! Highly recommend the cauliflower dish, crab fried rice, stuffed peppers and mushrooms. Fried chicken was also delicious!

Was so excited to celebrate my Mothers Day, but service was really not great. Food was excellent and drink so yummy, but would have enjoyed it so much more if service was timely and a bit friendlier.

Nautilus Pier 4 is a great place to go for mediocre, overpriced food, with terrible service and too-loud music. My dates food came quickly, but mine took 45 minutes and was served cold - and was only brought after repeatedly asking. Zero apologies from the waiter. I will never return, and if you reading this, there are better restaurant options in Seaport - strongly advise you keep looking.

The food was absolutely to die for, and we will be sure to come back. At times, the service was a little slow, as we had some trouble finding out server but it was also a Saturday night at peak dinner time, so no real complaints there. The drinks were also incredible, and wish we tried out more of them.

Love this place The bay scallops were the best I have had in a very long time. The dumplings were seasoned perfectly and the shishito peppers were excellent. Also great wine list. Views are spectacular. Our server was attentive and friendly. Highly recommend.

Fabulous food and service. All items were outstanding and sitting at the Chef Kitchen is a great experience as the chefs take great pride in the food they prepare.

Amazing dishes. Appreciated the smaller menu as it meant everything was more intentional and flavorful. Except not the most straight forward address when following Apple or googles maps- kept leading us either too far down the pier or to the opposite way

The food was excellent. The setting was gorgeous (I imagine it’s awesome during the summer). My only criticism is the waitress gave my brother a bit of a hard time because I was late stuck in traffic (he was there on time to find the table). And she clearly wanted to hustle us through the ordering/eating process to turn over the table.

We had a wonderful waitress who was very good and helpful. The Tuna Poke bowl, dandan noodles, and the crab fried rice were all fantastic and a perfect amount of food for the 2 of us! They had Lamplighter beer on tap and my cocktail was fantastic too. We have already suggested that our friends visit when they head to the seaport.

We have been fans since back in the early days of Nantucket! Easier to get to Boston than the Island, so we look forward to our visits to Boston so we can dine at the Nautilus. This visit was disappointing. Its wild to see such a discrepancy between the quality of food (astoundingly fantastic) and service. Seemed like our server was working about 30 guests. And she certainly was not as excited as we were to be there! At these price points having to ask for water and being without a drink/wishing someone was around to take an order are so disappointing. Perhaps it was because we had our kids with us? Or perhaps staffing issues. In any case we will be back again soon and try again- the food is worth it!

We ordered 9 items off the menu (the restaurant is tapas style) and that was more than enough for 3 people. We probably could have dropped a plate and gone without dessert (which was another 3 ice creams). We ordered nothing raw or with pork so we could share everything, which indeed we did. The food was exceptional. There were some real winners, but the others were just a tab below winner. We were lucky we sat in the back room because otherwise, the restaurant is very noisy. At least in the back you could hear eachother. At one point they started blasting the air conditioner and when I mentioned this, the wait staff quickly got it back to a normal temperature. Definitely would be nice to come when the outside is open because the restaurant is right on water. Would highly recommend.

Excellent as my wife had a food allergy yet the chef and crew were very helpful. The food was exceptional. Next time would love a Probitas Rum Daiquiri. I think the brand fits your vibe. First rate.

Terrible service by hostess and waitess. Made reservation two weeks in advance, did not have a standard table available, had to sit at bar overlooking kitchen in corner. Waitress spilled drinks on us. Really terrible service experience.

Korean ribs and scallops were perfectly prepared and delicious. String beans very tasty. Many dishes seasoned overly salty (such as spicy cucumbers, fried chicken). Nice cocktails. Servers were outstanding- very knowledgeable and friendly. Prices on the high side. Can be energetic/loud when full. All around, an interesting and fun menu of sharing plates.

Food was unreal last night, everything was a winner. I think they’ve really stepped it up lately because the first iteration of Nautilus was not this great. We also wanted to remark on the freshness of the food, very high quality and crisp. The play on acid and texture is just excellent. It may have just become my favorite restaurant in Boston.

Food was amazing - is TAPAS style sharing multiple small platters service. Would have thought a few more fish options would have been available. Extremely noisy with loud heavy beat music - LIVELY yes, but hard for conversations. Chef's seasoning, quality of food was definitely 5 star.

Great place, food and service very good. Nice vibe. No valet parking was a let down, and wine prices were super super expensive, no moderate options. Overall worth going and experiencing.

The prior menu was outstanding. They’ve changed it and we struggled to find anything that compared. Hope they bring back the Halibut and green salad! New changes and quality of beef were not up to their usual high standards. Atmosphere and service always 5 stars though!

Since we got there accommodation was super fast, very attentive host, we sat and the aesthetics of the place are beautiful, cocktails were very good, and the food even better, we ordered several dishes and all of them were so good for the first time (for me) the 4% that goes to the kitchen was very good deserved. The only thing missing was the server, she vanished when we were ready to order several times and it felt like she was zooming out, there was two tables in her section including us and for the money we paid the service was disappointing. Worth it 100% for the food!

Fantastic tapas at this Seaport restaurant. The tuna poke was delicious. The calamari dish was also good. I liked the mint and calamari. The food is very fresh too. I will return here with my girlfriends this summer.
